(Clearwisdom.net) The annual Farm Product Show was held in Caboolture, Brisbane, Queensland from July 21-23, 2006. Each year, more than 20 thousand people attend the show. Falun Gong practitioners from Brisbane took this opportunity to clarify the truth and raise the awareness of the brutal persecution in China.
People learn the truth and sign petition to support Falun Gong
Many people signed their names on the petition when they passed by the practitioners booth. Many told practitioners that they had already heard about the persecution from media. One young man said, "I heard about the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners from TV. We must stop this crime. But I dont know what else I can do to help you besides signing my name. Also, is my signature useful?" Practitioners told him, "Yes, it is helpful. Every signature condemns CCP brutality. It helps to stop CCP crimes." Practitioners asked him to tell his friends about the persecution.
An older couple signed their names and told practitioners that one of their friends recently got a flier from a practitioner during a parade. The flier exposed the truth of the persecution and the organ harvesting. Their friend was shocked. He told this old couple about it with tears in his eyes. The older couple said to practitioners, "Youve done well. You should let more people know about it, and call upon the Australian government and the international society to help."
When practitioners gave a lady a paper lotus flower with a Falun Dafa bookmark, the lady was very happy and asked how much she should pay. Practitioners told her that it is made by practitioners and it is free. The lotus flower is a symbol of the beauty of Falun Dafa, and will bring good fortune to people who cherish it. The lady was very happy and said, "Everybody here is selling things and making money. But you are not. You also give such a wonderful thing to people for free. If everybody is like you, then this world will be more wonderful."
