According to an elderly eyewitness: "That group of people was so violent as to rush up to try to drive Falun Gong people away. The worst was that the lady who looked from outside the fence did nothing, but three Chinese women ruthlessly yanked her hair and beat her. Her cell phone and pocket PC were snatched away."
"And that young man, several people surrounded him when he was doing sitting meditation. They grabbed his hair and kicked his lower back numerous times, and then forcibly dragged and lifted him, forcing him to loosen his double folded legs. They then lifted and dragged him from this street all the way to the police station across the street. His sports suit was torn and his entire body was exposed to the sun "

A man said while tears ran down his face. He said, "I wonder why these people are so cruel? This is Indonesia, not China! How can they persecute Falun Gong here?"
This is not the first time that Falun Gong practitioners peaceful exercises and truth clarification activities met with harassment and violent assault in Jakartas Chinatown. Similar harassment has occurred numerous times. The CCP has spread hatred and attempted to extend the persecution outside China. The CCP is responsible for all these incidents.
It is reported that Falun Gong practitioners will file charges against perpetrators following legal procedure.
