There is always a good turnout for the New York Fa conferences since you all know that Master spends a lot of time in the New York area. Each Dafa disciple is trying his utmost to do what he should do on the path of validating the Fa, and since what you are doing at present is closely linked to your cultivation, you are in fact cultivating this way. The form that your cultivation takes has one cultivate in ordinary human society, and people in different social classes or different professions can all cultivate; and as you reside in different societies and make use of the different professions you are in to validate the Fa and save sentient beings in every corner of the world, you are utilizing this present form of society to cultivate.

(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioners Mr. Cao Huashan and his wife Li Shulian of Yanan City, Shaanxi Province, have been persecuted many times. When unlawfully detained at a forced labor camp, Mr. and Mrs. Cao protested by hunger striking for 40 days and 90 days respectively. Now they are both critically ill and near death. It is urgent that they be released from detention.
(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of July 27, 2006, police officers from the National Security Section, Huanan County Police Department including Li Jun and Wang Jinfeng went to practitioner Yu Xiaohong's home. They called in a fire truck and set up a ladder against the building. They destroyed the window screen and forced their way into the apartment where Yu Xiaohong lived. Yu Xiaohong and her mother Duan Fenglan, who was over 70 years old, were taken away.
