(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zang Hongyan and another practitioner from Changchun City, Jilin Province, have been detained at Shuangshang Third Detention Center since December 16, 2006.
Ms. Zang's family, with a certificate issued by the Administration of Justice stating that Ms. Zang was schizophrenic, went to the Changjiu Street Police Station and asked for her release. The case officers, Tian Xichun (male) and Zhang Xiangmin (male), refused to let her go. She was sentenced to two years of forced labor on January 5, 2007, and sent to Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Zang has been imprisoned in a forced labor camp three different times, and since her disease was the result of mistreatment during her imprisonment, the camp refused to accept her, which resulted in serious disagreements between the police and the labor camp.
The case officers had to bring Ms. Zang back to the police station. They informed her family that the certificate had expired, and Ms. Zang needed to be re-certified. The family had 1,000 yuan extorted from them. The police omitted the fact that they had tried to send her to the labor camp and was refused. They made arrangements with a hospital in Gongzhuling City to certify Ms. Zang's mental state that evening.
Why did they need to send her to a hospital out of town, at night, when there was a designated hospital for certification in Changchun City? The police station inspector, Zheng Lian'guo (male), along with the political instructor, Liu Yishun (male), and the case officers intended to deceive Ms. Zang's family. They worked secretly with the related offices to get a certificate that certified that Ms. Zang was in a normal mental state so that they could try again to send her to the forced labor camp.
The forced labor camp again refused to accept Ms. Zang. The officers then locked her in the police station. In addition, Changjiu Street Police Station Census Inspector Li Mingzhao (male) often harassed Ms. Zang's family and pried around to collect information about other Dafa practitioners.
