Since the policemen have continued to persecute Dafa practitioners, the small solitary cells in Daqing Prison are now full of people. The evil people detained Dafa practitioners in small solitary cells, and only gave them a small corn bun each day. It was too little to fill the stomach. Some of the Dafa practitioners started to go on a hunger strike to resist the illegal persecution.

Dafa practitioners known to be on a hunger strike are Zhang Xingye (he was detained in a small solitary cell and cuffed to an iron chair because he tried to stop the evil people from persecuting a Dafa practitioner who was in his seventies), Zhang Jingqi and Yang Gongxi.

Dafa practitioner Peng Zuqin was recently illegally arrested. She is nine months pregnant and the due date is imminent. With the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the evil CCP, we call for people to pay attention to the situation of Peng Zuqin and try to rescue her.

Peng Zuqin, about 30 years old, lives beside the Qiaokou Court at Gutian No. 4 Rd, Wuhan. She obtained Dafa in 2005 and is nine months pregnant. The due date is in this month.

At 6:00 a.m. on September 1, 2007, Peng Zuqin was distributing "truth-clarifying" materials in Zongguan Big Wuhan Decoration Market. She was found by a monitor, and the police arrested her and took her to the Zongguan Police Station in Qiaokou District, Wuhan City.

Policeman Qiang Yongsheng in Siping City, Jilin Province cultivated Falun Gong. He behaved according to the requirements of Falun Dafa by being a good person all the time, and insisting on justice. People in the Siping Police Station did not know he cultivated Falun Gong, but they noticed he did not participate in eating, drinking, abusing and gambling, and that he did not corrupt or embezzle anything. Because of this they began to suspect him of being a Falun Gong practitioner, and arrested him.

Qiang Yongsheng was illegally detained for about four weeks. He was transferred to Yitong Police Station Detention Center to be persecuted. His wife (we do not know her name, also a Falun Gong practitioner) was arrested at the same time. She is missing and details are not known.

At around 11:00 p.m. on August 27, Dafa practitioner Dong Hongju in Caizhuang Village, Bailou Rural, Beishi District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, was arrested and her home ransacked by seven or eight policemen from Bailou County Police Station and the National Security Team in Beishi District Police Branch. Now Dong Hongju is "illegally detained" in Baoding Detention Center and is holding a hunger strike opposing the persecution.

At around 6:00 p.m. on August 31, 2007, policemen from Fuguo St. Police Station, Dalian City, arrested Dafa practitioner Zhou Liyan and ransacked the home. Four sets of Master's photos and all of her Dafa books were confiscated.

When family members went to ask for her her release the first time, people in the police station did not admit they she was detained there. The second time, they did not allow the family to see her. The third time, the family members were allowed to meet with her.

On September 1, they sent a detention note indicating ten days to her family members. Zhou Liyan was forcibly taken to Yaojia Detention Center on September 1.

7. [Chengdu, Sichuan Province] After Being Arrested for About Two Years, Dafa Practitioner Tao Yuan in Chengdu Was Illegally Sentenced to Prison for Four Years

On January 28, 2006, Dafa practitioner Tao Yuan was arrested by policemen from Jiyang Police Station in Chengdu, and was since detained in Chengdu Detention Center.

For two years, Tao Yuan's family members went to departments related to the persecution to ask for his release. Tao Yuan's father, in his eighties, went to ask for his son every day, even though he was ill. People in Jiyang Police Station asked Tao's family to go to procurators, but people in the offices asked them to go to the court. At last, the news they got was that Tao Yuan was illegally sentenced for four years. They did not allow his family members to meet with him, and did not follow any procedures.

Fu Yongnian was sentenced to a forced labor camp in July 2007, and was transferred to Beijing Forced Labor Camp for Women to be persecuted. Li Baorong, who was arrested at the same time as Fu Yongnian, suffered hypertension in the detention center and was sent to a hospital. After she recovered somewhat, she was sent to a brainwashing center. But there she suffered hypertension again. Now she is in the hospital again. During torture Li spoke out about Sun Xiaofeng and another fellow practitioner with no intentions. Sun Xiaofeng's home was ransacked on July 11. Using the excuse of finding many Dafa materials in her home, Sun Xiaofeng was sentenced to a forced labor camp for two and a half years.

Beijing Television broadcast on August 29 that the police system will start to rectify rental houses, and their purpose is to find Dafa practitioners.

14. [Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province] People in the CCP Court in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province Intended to Put Huang Xingyao on Illegal Trial

Practitioner Huang Xingyao in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, was followed and arrested by four plainclothes policemen on the evening of May 1, 2007, when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials. She was illegally detained in Zhongshan City Detention Center for about four months. Huang Xingyao's father went to the Public Security Bureau, the police station, "610 Office" and the Political and Legal Committee many times and asked for the release of his daughter to no avail. But people in the responsible departments all tried to avoid their responsibilities.

A litigant at the procurator's office, Fu Yiwu sued her in court on August 16, and the court planned to put her on illegal trial on the afternoon of September 3.

The court notified Huang Xingyao's family that they could send two people to attend the trial. Her husband was not comfortable and her parents-in-law were very old, so they decided not to participate. Only Huang's father will participate to audit. But on August 31, the court notified his father that he was not allowed to attend.

Dafa practitioner Tian Guimei in a Salt Company in Shouguang City, Shandong Province was arrested by officers from the Shouguang City Police Station on September 1 while clarifying the truth in Liuwangji. She is now detained in Shouguang Detention Center.

Because Liu Cuiyun was not at home, they went into the room to have a look and then left. Later the officers went to the home of Dafa practitioner Liu Zhiye (about 50 years old), and arrested Liu Zhiye and another Dafa practitioner Liu Shumin (about 40 years old) who were at her home at that time. They are now missing.

Xu Guifang was illegally detained in Yao County Detention Center in Tongchuan City for more than two months. The evil policemen did not allow her family members to visit her. It is said that the police illegally issued an arrest warrant to Xu Guifang in early August.

In mid-August, policemen from Hengyang County, Hunan Province, broke in to the home of a Dafa practitioner three times intending to arrest the Dafa practitioner. But they failed because the practitioner was not at home.

On August 17, the police broke into the home of Dafa practitioner Zhu Pingzhi in Jibing Town, confiscating computers, printers and CD burners, which added up to more than 20,000 yuan in value, along with other related Dafa books and materials.

On the morning of August 20, seven or eight plainclothes police broke into the home of Peng's daughter and asked Peng's wife where Peng was. The policemen illegally searched the home of Peng's daughter, disturbing everything in the house.

At about nine or ten o'clock on the morning of August 21, Dafa practitioner Ni Chengzhong was arrested by policeman Zhou Lin from the National Security Team in Miyi County and authorities from Binggu Rural government. He was released at about 3:00 p.m. that day.

On August 23, Dafa practitioners Li Xianlian and Li Xianming in the fourth team of Caochang Rural, Miyi County, were arrested by evil people from Lianhua Police Station and Caochang Rural Security Room. They were illegally detained for fifteen days and fined 1,500 yuan each.

On May 24, 2007, Wang Yinbo, the superintendent of Tangdaohe Town Police Station in Kuancheng County, Hebei Province, and deputy superintendent Liu Wenxue, along with a police officer broke into the home of Dafa practitioner Xu Guixia and forced her to write a so-called guarantee statement promising to give up Falun Gong.

Since the persecution began in 1999, Xu Guixia has been arrested three times, two of which she has been extorted about 4,000 yuan. This time, because Xu Guixia refused to cooperate with the evil, and did not write the so-called guarantee statement, they ordered her to go to the police station. Xu Guixia knew the results of going to the police station and their tricks, so she was forced to become homeless.

One day, the police went to Xu Guixia's home to monitor for the third time at nine o'clock in the evening. On August 21, 2007, Dafa practitioners Liu Zhigao, Yang Jinfeng and Yin Guirong were illegally put on trial by Saertu District Court in Daqing. Court officials Han Jun and Guo Mozhe, and Procuratorate officials Liu Yueying and Zhang Dajun fabricated some crimes and forced Liu Zhigao and other Dafa practitioners to admit to them. Liu Zhigao expended great effort to reveal the truth that he was persecuted by people at the Daqing City Police Station and National Security Team. They attempted to force Liu Zhigao to admit to the fabricated crimes, saying if he doesn't admit they will will torture him with all kinds of methods, including using mustard oil to make his voice unclear and damage his esophageal passage and stomach. He could not eat anything and soon became skeletal and could not stand still. His relatives could not even recognize him. People who are familiar with him asked, "Is the person in front of me Liu Zhigao? I did not recognize him." Yang Jinfeng was forced to wear heavy cotton clothes during the summer. She could not stand still and had to lean on the railings. Yin Guirong was persecuted to the point of being unable to walk and was helped by her family members.

During the trial, the judge deprived all kinds of rights from the Dafa practitioners, including the right to defend themselves.

Jiang Xiuli was arrested and taken to the former first team in Jiutia Forced Labor Camp. During that time, the evil policemen designated Ma Jianjun and Sun Xing to persecute him, forcing him to sit on a bench for as long as eighteen hours every day. For the rest of the day, they did not allow him to sleep well. Jiang Xiuli did not yield, so they tied dirty socks into a knot, dipped them into human feces, and then stuffed them into his mouth. Security and patrol team members of the Political and Legal Committee in Longshan District, Liaoyuan, went to buildings every morning, at about eight o'clock, in groups of three. They used a megaphone to give voice to propaganda , asking people to lock their doors and windows, to close valves for water, electricity and gas, and not to open the door for strangers. And then they went to the shade to cool themselves. These people do not understand the true facts, and they were hired to hinder people from learning the truth. They were paid a low salary of 460 yuan per month.

On August 21, five Dafa practitioners in Lingyuan were arrested by Xiyao Police Station. On August 30, another two Dafa practitioners in Beilu were arrested. 43. [Bozhou City, Anhui Province] Dafa Practitioners Wang Jiyang and His Wife were Arrested by Police in Bozhou City, Anhui Province

Wang Jiyang, male, 60 years old, is a Dafa practitioner in Bozhou City, Anhui Province. He is a veteran and retired teacher. He had a history of mental disorder before he cultivated Falun Dafa. At 8:50 a.m. on July 27, 2007, nine plainclothes police officers from Qiaocheng Police Branch, Bozhou City, led by Wu Xianbin, illegally broke into the home of Wang Jiyang, claiming that the Shibali Town government would like to offer money to him and send him to the Hefei Mental Hospital. Wang refused seriously, "It is my own business to go to hospital or not, you do not have right to force me to do that. It is illegal for you to deprive my freedom." Wu Xianbin said viciously, "It won't work if you do not go with us, we are executing official orders." They then arrested Wang Jiyang and his wife and put them in a car. They were taken to the Drug Rehabilitation Enforcement Center of the Public Security Bureau in Hefei. They were not allowed to make phone calls even to their children.

44. [Yanqing, Beijing] Zhang Guifen in Yanqing, Beijing was Arrested

On August 24, Dafa practitioner Zhang Guifen in Xiaying Village, Zhangshanying Town, Yanqing County, was arrested at home by policemen from Zhangshanying Police Station. She is now illegally detained in Yanqing Detention Center. Zhang Guifen is over 60 years old. She once was illegally sentenced to a forced labor camp shortly after the persecution started. Fellow practitioners who know more details please provide them.

Supplement to persecution of other Dafa practitioners in Yanqing:

1. Four people went to the home of Zhang Muzhen and asked her if she cultivated Falun Gong. Meanwhile, they looked around. Upon finding Dafa books and "Minghui Weekly" magazines, they called immediately. Later several more people came, brought a warrant and ransacked the home. Later they called several more policemen and a policewoman arrested her forcibly. The officers told her family members that she was reported by others.

2. Dafa practitioner Wu Zhenye in Xinheying Village, Shenjiaying Town, Yanqing County was arrested on July 17. After one month, she was illegally sentenced to a forced labor camp for two and a half years by the 610 Office and Law section of the police station in Yanqing. It is the second time that she has been sentenced to a forced labor camp. Later her family members learned that she was reported by others.

3. Another Dafa practitioner Zhang Shulan in Xinheying Village was also arrested because she was reported by others.

4. Dafa practitioner Shi Yingji in Yanqing was arrested on June 28, 2006, and was illegally sentenced to prison for six years on May 18, 2007. He disagreed with the sentence and sued the First Intermediate People's Court in Beijing. But the court did not fulfill its legal duties. It decided to reject the appeal and uphold the original verdict, worsening the persecution.

Since April 25, 2007, there have been many Dafa practitioners in our county arrested. Only a few of them got out with righteous thoughts, and others were all illegally sentenced to forced labor camps and other locations. When ransacking the homes, police officers did not show any valid identification. They tried to find Dafa materials first, and after they found them, they showed a warrant and ransacked the home, and then took the practitioner away. All Dafa practitioners in Yanqing County, let's settle down and look inward. Previously, the evil only persecuted Dafa practitioners who were clarifying the truth about Falun Gong. Why do they arrest Dafa practitioners at home now? What kind of attachments led to this?

Does it give opportunities to the evil when we think it safe to not distribute materials, not clarify truth of Falun Gong, or not do things to save people? Does it give opportunities to the evil when we think we should only save people and do not need to cultivate ourselves? Does it give opportunities to the evil when our slow cultivation cannot catch up the Fa rectification process? Does it give opportunities to the evil when we think it is safe to not communicate with fellow practitioners? Does it give opportunities to the evil when we haven't been cultivating ourselves or dealing with family members and neighbors well? It is nonetheless time that we become awakened. Let's communicate with each other, determine our shortcomings, upgrade ourselves based on the Fa, and create an environment without persecution in order to save more sentient beings. Let's walk the last leg of our journey well, not let any practitioner fall behind, and not miss any people who should be saved, and fulfill our mission.

45. [Nong'an County, Jilin Province] The Evil Party in Nong'an County, Jilin Province Hindered People From Watching New Tang Dynasty Television (NTDTV)

In late August, the Broadcasting Authority in Nong'an County declared that according to the State Council General Office and senior management instructions, they would like to apply unified management to terrestrial radio and television reception. They asked people to register in their own towns, and issued a certification only after they passed the examination. They organized people to go door to door, and would seriously punish people who installed the devices themselves.

46. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Zhou Liyan in Dalian, Arrested

Zhou Liyan, female, 40 years old, lives near Xinghai St., Dalian City. She lives in a barber shop and sells hand-crafted silk flowers. At around 8:00 p.m. on August 31, people from Fuguo Street Police Station broke into her home and arrested her. The evil policemen also confiscated Dafa books, photos of Master and other materials. Zhou Liyan is now detained in the Fuguo Street Police Station. She has a ten-year-old daughter to take care of at home. Her family members went to ask about her, but people in the police station won't release her, and gave all kinds of excuses.
