(Clearwisdom.net) [Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they too be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.]
Recently Yang Dacai, the head of the 610 Office, and Wang Zihong, his second in command with the Police Department of Fengjie County of Chongqing, have received karmic retribution for their actions in the persecution of Falun Gong.
Yang Dacai, male, 57, has been the secretary of the Policy and Law Committee of Fengjie County of Chongqing since July 20, 1999. Yang Dacai has been involved in and arranged for the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, and he is the one of the most evil persons in this area. Yang Dacai died of a sudden illness in November 2006 in Chongqing.
Wang Zihong, male, 53, was the deputy leader of Fengjie County Police Department and was in charge of the police stations. During the past seven years, the police stations in Fengjie have been involved in the persecution of practitioners, including searching their houses and monitoring and "illegally arresting" them. On December 29, 2006, 48 days after Yang Dacai died, Wang Zihong was in a car accident. He was thrown out of the car and died.
All the evil people who are involved in the persecution of Dafa, whether they do it on their own initiative or are forced, have to take responsibility for their actions.
