(Clearwisdom.net) I am a 66-year-old woman who began to practice Falun Dafa in July 1995. I would like to share my experience of clarifying the truth and persuading people to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Due to my limited education, I have to dictate my experience to a fellow practitioner who will write it out for me. If there is anything improper, please compassionately point it out.
Clarifying the truth and persuading people to quit the CCP is one of the three tasks Teacher has bestowed upon us. We have many opportunities to do this, for instance, at weddings, funerals, on the bus, or while walking. Any place where people are is a good opportunity for us to clarify the truth and persuade them to make the "three withdrawals." I started with my own family, then moved on to my relatives, friends, and finally to the people in the community. I clarify the truth to any person I come across and do not miss anyone.
Teacher taught us,
"The only thing you have a role in is saving people." ("Teaching the Fa in the City of Chicago").
"With righteous thoughts, save the world's people. I just don't believe their consciences are irretrievably lost." ("For the Good of the World")
I will remember what Teacher taught us. With benevolence, I will continue strengthening righteous thoughts to conquer any difficulty I encounter. I believe that if we keep on saving people by following the principle "if even one person is saved at a time, we don't do it in vain," the path of saving sentient beings will be wider and wider, and it will be naturally easier and easier for us to save sentient beings.
The following are some examples of how I persuaded people to quit the CCP.
I live in a small town. A bazaar is held there three times a week. Thousands or even tens of thousands of people go to the bazaar. It is a truly golden opportunity to clarify the truth, persuade people to quit CCP, and suffocate the evil. I begin by sending forth righteous thoughts to the bazaar at 8:00 a.m. to purge the evil that exists there. Then I talk to people individually. Some people might understand the truth and agree to quit the CCP just within a few words, while others might require a bit more discussion before understanding the truth and deciding to quit. For such people, I walk with them a short distance as I talk to them. I am usually able to persuade dozens of people to quit the CCP, and sometimes even nearly a hundred people in just one morning. Since the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party has been published, I keep going to these bazaars to clarify the truth and never miss one. Up to now, I would say the number of people who have quit the CCP after listening to my clarifying the truth amounts to nearly ten thousand.
I also have encountered many problems and difficulties while clarifying the truth and persuading people to quit the CCP. Someone responded with, "You are getting too political" or "You are against the CCP." Someone said, "This old woman has mental problems." Some people have asked for money and fortunes from me; some people spoke filthy words; some people once asked me, "Why do you put forth so much effort? How much are you paid?" Some people even said that they were going to call the police, etc. I have met all kinds of people. However, for the sake of saving people, I must ignore all this stuff. No matter what kind of people I meet, be it man or woman, old or young, officer, policeman, teacher, farmer, or student, to me, they all come because of a predestined relationship. These are all people ready to hear the truth. These are all good opportunities for us to eliminate the evil and save sentient beings. In clarifying the truth and encouraging the "three withdrawals" from the CCP, nothing is impossible for us as long as we let go of the attachment of fear and attain the righteous enlightenment of selflessness and altruism.
