(Clearwisdom.net) Reading the article “All Fa-rectification Period Dafa Practitioners Should Become Coordinators” (http://minghui.ca/mh/articles/2007/2/27/149650.html) on the Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net) pained my heart. The coordinators are so busy with their duties that they have very little time to study the Fa, practice the exercises, send forth righteous thoughts, or even take care of their housework. Furthermore, the evil interferes with them. So much responsibility rests on their shoulders. In such difficult circumstances many practitioners don’t understand the coordinators’ work and make irresponsible remarks, putting even more pressure on them.
I would like to share my understanding with those who don’t understand the coordinators’ work. The coordinators have families and jobs. They need to take care of their children and parents. They also have to resist the persecution. They’re really amazing. Here I’d like to thank the coordinators on behalf of all Falun Dafa practitioners.
I’m not sure what to make of those who don’t understand the difficulties that coordinators face. If a coordinator doesn’t do well it’s okay to give him a friendly reminder, but we shouldn’t say things that make their work even more difficult. Capable practitioners can offer to help them and lighten their loads, but because coordinators are also cultivators, it’s not likely that they’ll always do well in every aspect of their work.
Teacher said in “Teaching the Fa at the Washington, D.C. Fa Conference” (2002), “The next person’s things are your things, and your things are his things.”
All of us are Fa-rectification Dafa practitioners and each of us has a responsibility to coordinate. When we encounter problems we should first look within. Have we helped the coordinators? Do we have loopholes? Is the evil taking advantage of our gaps? As Fa-rectification Dafa practitioners we each have a responsibility to do well the “three things” that Teacher told us to do and form a single, indestructible body. Evil can’t be allowed to take advantage. We must fulfill our prehistoric vows, and that will be truly remarkable.
If there is anything inappropriate in my words, please point it out.
