(Clearwisdom.net) On April 14, 2007, the Global Service Center to Quit the CCP in Boston and other community organizations jointly held a rally in Boston Park to support the 20 million Chinese people who have quit the CCP, to expose the brutal nature of the CCP, and to wish the 20 million people a bright future.

Host of the rally Mr. Mike Zeng said the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party triggered an impetus to quit the CCP after it was published two years ago. Twenty million people have already quit the CCP, the Communist Youth League, and Young Pioneers. The impact on China has been as heart-shaking as the collapse of the Berlin Wall. He recommended this book to everyone to see clearly the evil nature of communism. "Not until the evil Party is eliminated will the Chinese people be able to choose their own futures and revive their five thousand-year-old traditional culture and morality."
Dr. Hai Van Ha, the president of Southeast Asia Democracy Coalition and originally from Viet Nam, pointed out that Communism was collapsing. He said that the CCP, which is anti-democracy and anti-humanity, must stop persecuting innocent Falun Gong practitioners. He congratulated the 20 million people who had already quit the CCP and offered his wishes that the Chinese people could soon regain their freedom.
After Dr. Hai Van Ha's speech, a man in a military uniform stepped out of the audience and bowed to Dr. Ha. He was a veteran of the Viet Nam War and knew clearly the cruelty of the Communist Party. He expressed his support of the Chinese people who had quit the CCP.
The man was Mr. Guo Changshun from Viet Nam. He also told people that everything in the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was true. He called for everyone in the world to support the brave Chinese and stop the CCP's atrocity of systematic persecution of Falun Gong and organ-harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
Businessman Steve Gigliott lived in China for three years. Several of his Falun Gong practitioner friends suffered brainwashing and torture. Some even died from the persecution. He went to China to investigate the organ harvesting crime but was seized by Chinese agents. His personal experience resonated among the audience members.
Besides the scheduled speakers, people from the audience spontaneously went on the stage to talk and express their support.
Ms. Grace Diorio from Everette said her nine-year-old son was very saddened by the persecution of Falun Gong. She said, "I feel so sad that I want to cry." The mother and son expressed their disgust with the CCP. They said that innocent Chinese shouldn't have suffered so.
Another spontaneous speech was given by Ms. Mich Ko Hama, who immigrated to the US from Japan 35 years ago. She used a wheelchair because she had had a stroke two years before. She expressed her support of the Chinese who had quit the CCP. She was so moved that, even with the microphone in her hand, she couldn't stop crying.
A continuous stream of people went to the rally. Some stopped to listen to the speeches. Some browsed the painting display "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance." After learning about the persecution, many people signed an appeal letter. Two people wanted to take pictures with the banner stating "The CCP Is Collapsing. Are You Ready?" They wanted to help spread the news about quitting the CCP.
A news reporter from Emerson College TV Station interviewed the coordinator of the activity and reported the rally.
