(Clearwisdom.net) In recent years many people who have been poisoned by the atheism of the CCP and do not believe that "good and evil will be returned accordingly" often ask Falun Gong practitioners, "Where is the karmic retribution? How come I still have not seen it? Why do those people who persecute you still live well?" I would like to analyze an example here to help everybody recognize whether karmic retribution exists or not.
At the end of 2004, Yao Ying, who just been promoted to the Director of Beijing City Planning Committee, died at home unexpectedly. He was only 55 years old. Before he died, he was healthy and did not have any unhealthy habits. He had been doing Tai Chi every day for 20 years. Although there are many officers at Bureau Chief level in Beijing, since Yao Ying was responsible for city construction and because of his authority, he was very well known. His death came as a great shock to many rich developers, designers and construction companies in Beijing.
Yao Ying used to be a very good student. He graduated from Beijing No. 101 Middle School. He had good grades and played on the school volleyball team. However, he was not born at the right time. He lived through the Cultural Revolution and graduated from middle school between 1966 and 1968 and did not get a chance to go to college. After the Cultural Revolution, he first made associations with some of the Red Guards. During an outbreak of violence, he witnessed his best friend (with the last name of He) die miserably. Right after that, he was sent to the countryside by the CCP. He suffered greatly from the political movements of the CCP.
In 1978, in order to maintain public faith, the unstable CCP had to give people a semblance of normality. The college entry exam resumed. Yao Ying finally was lucky enough to be accepted into the Beijing Construction Engineering Institute and became the oldest student in the class.
Following that, everything went very smoothly for him. After he graduated in 1982, he got a very prestigious job. In 1995, he was the Deputy Director of the Capital Planning Committee and the leader of the Beijing City Central Area Planning Leading Group. All important construction projects of Beijing had to be reviewed and approved by him. Between 1999 and 2000, he was the leader of the Beijing Land Utilization Overall Planning and Coordination Group. After the combination of the Capital Planning Committee and Beijing City Planning Bureau, he became the Deputy Director of Beijing Planning Committee. In the second half of 2004, he was promoted to the Bureau Chief's position.
Yao Ying was considered very fortunate. He was promoted rapidly. He oversaw all the important real estate deals that required huge capital flow. To others, he possessed a very promising future.
However, just several days after his promotion, he suddenly fell ill and went home. Just ten minutes after he lied down, he died. One year later, his twenty-year-old son died. Without her son, although still rich, Yao Ying's wife lives an unhappy life. Daughter Dandan is smart and pretty. She just entered high school. Unfortunately, she was the only person in the family at her father's bedside when he died.
There is an old Chinese saying, "good and evil will be returned accordingly." There was a reason why Yao Ying's family suffered this much.
Right after the April 25, 1999, "Zhongnanhai Incident," involving the peaceful protest of Falun Gong practitioners, the Jiang regime claimed that they never stopped practitioners from practicing Falun Gong. On the other hand, they systematically started planning the persecution of Falun Gong. They communicated to high-level leaders some false statements about Falun Gong in order to stimulate conflicts between the government and Falun Gong practitioners. The purpose was to form a false impression that labeled Falun Gong practitioners as "trouble makers," and opened the door for the CCP's outright ban of the practice.
In May 1999, while the persecution of Falun Gong was still in its planning stage, Yao Ying, as the Party Secretary of the Capital Planning Committee, started criticizing Falun Gong at a meeting of Communist Youth League. He fabricated a falsehood that Master Li had been predicting a big disaster on earth and slandered Falun Gong. These statements all appeared in the CCP's mass media propaganda after July 21, 1999. He also criticized, by name, the Chief of the Beijing Reconnaissance Design Administrative Division - Falun Gong practitioner Li Baigen.
Li Baigen was retired from the military. The CCP's military management was very chaotic. The military officers often used their authority to suppress human rights. In that environment, Li Baigen not only got many diseases, but also smoked to try to alleviate the mental pressure. He was addicted to smoking. After he practiced Falun Gong, he quit smoking and all his diseases disappeared. He worked diligently. Yao Ying did publicly acknowledge these facts when slandering Falun Gong in the meetings; however, he insisted on carrying on the persecution.
Yao Ying was somebody with personal loyalty. But he mistakenly brought this trait into his job. He liked to exclude outsiders and form factions. Li Baigen was just engaged in his own job and worked diligently. He never participated in any factions. Yao Ying felt that Li Baigen could never be one to join his circle. He then wanted to remove Li Baigen from his position by utilizing the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong and putting one of his own people into that position.
After the persecution started, Yao Ying had many officials of the Party to whom he "advised" about Li Baigen. He also brought up that Li Baigen was "a serious problem" in meetings of the Beijing Planning Committee. But every time the other leaders of the Planning Committee would say there were "no issues" with Li Baigen. Therefore, Li Baigen had held his position. Unfortunately, in 2001, the CCP regime organized mass brainwashing "classes" for Falun Gong practitioners. Because Li Baigen was reported by Yao Ying when the persecution first started, the police went directly to the Reconnaissance Design Administrative Division to arrest Li Baigen. Luckily, Li Baigen was able to escape, but had to leave his home and go abroad. In the past several years, he suffered from being away from home. He moved from country to country and was not able to see his daughter. Yao Ying was directly responsible for the persecution that Li Baigen experienced.
Before the persecution started, Li Xin, a construction engineer at the Capital Engineering Company (a company belonging to the Capital Planning Committee) as well as the Deputy Secretary of the Communist Youth League, was also a Falun Gong practitioner. Many people heard Yao Ying's statements slandering Falun Gong during meetings around the time the persecution started. Li Xin wrote Yao Ying a personal letter and kindly clarified the facts about Falun Gong and analyzed the fabricated stories the CCP used in their slanderous campaign. Yao Ying, who had personally gone through the Cultural Revolution, should have been able to understand this type of deceit easily. But he chose, instead, to hand in the letter to Li Xin's company, asking them to penalize Li Xin. However, the leaders in Li Xin's company were all good people. They did not want to follow the CCP to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. So they merely went through the motions of this "request from upper management." However, as the persecution progressed, the Party Secretary of the company reported her name following Yao Ying's request. Therefore, Li Xin suffered from brutal persecution from the police system. She was disabled from the torture and sent to a forced labor camp. So, Yao Ying was responsible for the persecution that Li Xin endured.
Nobody is perfect in the human world. For somebody who was a leader in the CCP, it is not possible for them to be selfless. Nobody is expecting them to be perfect. But if somebody wants to leverage the CCP's evil force to reach their own goals, it can be very dangerous. Yao Ying did not do too much wrong while he was in the business sector. However, he made the wrong choice in supporting the persecution of Falun Gong. It is not hard to tell that during the persecution of Falun Gong, the CCP exploits people's evil side. If one wants to get benefits from the persecution, there is no doubt that one is getting oneself into huge trouble.
Yao Ying was originally a victim of the CCP's political upheavals. He understood that filthy political movements and torturing people are disgraceful things. But now he wanted to use another political movement to reach his personal goals. This is truly miserable. Imagine if he chose to protect Falun Gong practitioners in his own system, or even just ignore the situation. With his experience and background, he could very well have been promoted to Bureau Chief. His life would not have been taken away due to his persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Even if he was supposed to have retribution in his life, he would have been protected due to his helping Falun Gong practitioners. He would not have caused his family to suffer.
In the eight years of the persecution, Falun Gong practitioners have advised their persecutors and all of society: Treating Falun Gong practitioners well will bring good in return. Persecuting Falun Gong practitioners will bring karmic retribution. Many people do not believe this because they see that some of the perpetrators of the persecution are still alive. In fact, much of this retribution does occur. It is just that many people do not know the inside information on these matters or do not associate any strange occurrences to people's attitude towards Falun Gong.
In recent years, how many unexpected deaths came from being poisoned by the CCP and developing hatred of Falun Gong? Did they persecute Falun Gong directly or indirectly? It would not be hard to find the trend. Like what happed to Yao Ying, many of them did not receive karmic retribution right after they participated in the persecution. Many people did not even know that he, who was engaged in the business world, actually participated in the persecution. Therefore, they thought there was no karmic retribution for persecuting Falun Gong. Would you only believe in karmic retribution if it presented itself right in front of your own eyes?
How many people are like Yao Ying? We hope the families of these people can quit the CCP when they read this article.
