(Clearwisdom.net) On July 20, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners from Japan protested the persecution in front of the Chinese Embassy. In the morning, practitioner representatives read a letter to the Chinese Embassy and submitted the appeal letter to the consul.

The representatives first went to the embassy to submit the letter, but the officers refused to accept and asked them to go to the consulate. The consul said to practitioners, "I will not accept the letter. You are Falun Gong. I am a member of the Chinese Communist Party." Practitioners clarified the truth to him and said, "Don't be so nervous. It is just a letter. We come here for your own good. You should take advantage of being in Japan and read the Falun Gong websites and learn the truth, which is good for you."
Mr. Xia Yifan, an engineer from Guangdong, said that he is not a Falun Gong practitioner, and he came to the activity to support the practitioners on behalf of the Chinese Democracy Association. He said, "Falun Gong practitioners' spirits are the hope of re-building the moral standard in China. I hope that all the Chinese people will think about their moral standards and values. The trend of quitting the CCP cannot be stopped. It is a peaceful and rational way to eliminate the CCP, and it is very good for China's future."
Dr. Li Xutong, who came to Japan last year, said, "The CCP, a corrupt party, don't understand Falun Gong practitioners. They don't understand why practitioners didn't give in during the brutal persecution." Dr. Li Xutong continued, "We have already seen that the CCP is about to crash down. We hope that every Chinese will say 'No' to the CCP."
