(Clearwisdom.net) Sitiawan is a small town in Perak, a northwestern state in Malaysia. It is also known as the "Mini-Fuzhou of West Malaysia." Many residents here are Chinese, and most of them are from Fuzhou City, Fujian Province in China. On July 29, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners "clarified the facts" about the persecution of Falun Gong in China in this small town.

On the morning of July 29, at 7:00 a.m., when citizens were shopping and having breakfast in Sitiawan, Falun Gong practitioners displayed truth clarification photos at the market where there were large crowds of people. The practitioners introduced Falun Gong to the local people, and exposed the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. When the management of the market learned about the persecution of innocent Falun Gong practitioners, they permitted the practitioners to display truth clarification photos and hand out materials in an open space in front of the market.
The photo display exposed the CCP's methods used to torture Falun Gong practitioners. Many citizens were shocked by the brutality, and said that it is inconceivable that Falun Gong practitioners in mainland China have suffered such injustice. Many people stopped to view the photo display and take materials. After some citizens learned about the CCP's atrocity of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, they signed the petition calling for an investigation into these crimes, and calling for an immediate end to the persecution.
The activity went on for two hours and came to a successful close at 9:30 p.m.
