Each Dafa disciple is trying his utmost to do what he should do on the path of validating the Fa, and since what you are doing at present is closely linked to your cultivation, you are in fact cultivating this way. The form that your cultivation takes has one cultivate in ordinary human society, and people in different social classes or different professions can all cultivate; and as you reside in different societies and make use of the different professions you are in to validate the Fa and save sentient beings in every corner of the world, you are utilizing this present form of society to cultivate.

New York--A Shanghai court sentenced Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Liu Jin to three and a half years in prison on November 3 for downloading information about the practice from the Internet and printing it to distribute to others.

(Clearwisdom.net) The 89th Annual Veterans Day Parade was held on November 9, 2008 in San Francisco, featuring over a hundred entries. Falun Gong was invited to take part in the parade, and was warmly received by spectators along the parade route. The parade organizer said that they appreciated Falun Gong's participation, and said, "What a beautiful band! We welcome them to our parade every year."

(Clearwisdom.net) From November 7 to 9, 2008, Falun Dafa practitioners in Taiwan held a three-day group experience sharing and Fa study gathering in Douliu City, Yunlin County. Through intensive Fa study and experience sharing, practitioners created an environment that helped them to improve in their cultivation practice.
