The Divine Performing Arts New York Company presented its first show in Tainan, Taiwan, on February 29, 2008, and there were many people from educational circls in attendance. Teachers greatly admired the magnificence and fine detail of the Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular. They thought the show not only presented the essence of Chinese culture, but also promoted moral values from Chinese traditions.

The statement signifies Swedish support for DPA and sends a signal to the Chinese Embassy that Sweden will protect the values of democracy and freedom of speech.
