After donating 500 yuan to Sichuan earthquake relief efforts, Mr. Yin Zemin was illegally arrested by the police, because the local CCP authorities declared that Falun Gong practitioners did not have money, therefore, someone with the resources must be a "Falun Gong coordinator."
