The Chinese Communist Party began persecuting Falun Dafa in July 1999. Because of an attachment to fear, I wrote the so-called repentance statement, defaming Falun Dafa; stopped practicing; and burned Dafa books and materials. I did wrongful deeds that let Dafa and Master down. When I look back at the detours I took, I realize that I did not have a deep understanding of the Fa. When the evil persecution started, I didn't do anything to protect Dafa. I feel ashamed of myself. After studying the Fa over the years, I have learned that cultivation practice is serious. I am making a solemn statement that the repentance statement that I wrote before is null and void. Going forward, I will follow Master's Fa, strengthen Fa-study, do the three things well, and become a genuine Dafa disciple, assisting Master in the Fa-rectification period.

In October, 2001, with the attachment of fear, I was brainwashed and wrote a so-called"guarantee
statement" and "dissociation statement." I have committed such
horrible crimes against Master and Dafa. Now I declare that everything I wrote,
said, and did against Master and Dafa in the brainwashing center are invalid. I
will resume practicing Falun Dafa and do well the three things to make up for
the losses I caused. I will follow Teacher until the end.
