Solemn Declaration
I was arrested by the police. As a result of sleep deprivation and not being allowed to use the toilet, I became muddle-headed. I wrote a guarantee statement and derogatory words about Dafa and Teacher against my will. I am extremely pained and regretful. I thank merciful and great Teacher for giving me a chance for new start. I make this solemn declaration: All my words and acts that did not comply with Dafa are void; any "guarantee" and "understanding" written against my are also void. I negate the old forces' arrangement, and I will firmly practice Dafa, closely follow Teacher, practice diligently, double my efforts to make up for this mistake, and follow the Fa-rectification process.

Solemn Declaration
Due to the Chinese Communist Party's insane persecution and my intense fear and unclear mind, I signed my name on a guarantee statement to "stop practicing." After that, I almost gave up practice, dared not to do the three things, and struggled to decide whether or not to practice. I felt very bitter but did not have the courage to steadfastly practice. Merciful Teacher gave me hints many times and warmhearted fellow practitioners patiently helped me. I finally woke up and realized that my previous behavior was shameful. I am so regretful and want to express my deep sorrow to Teacher and Dafa. I make this solemn declaration: All my words and acts that did not comply with Dafa are hereby void. I certainly will do the three things diligently, be an honorable Dafa practitioner, and save more people.
