(Clearwisdom.net) On June 21 the Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net) published an article about Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. He Zhiwei, from Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province being brutally tortured by the guards at the Zhanjiang City Brainwashing Center in Guangdong Province, and leaving with a protruding disc, severe headaches, and dizziness. She endured tremendous pain. It can be said that the guards at Zhanjiang City Brainwashing Center use people as instruments of torture.
The staff at Zhanjiang City Police Station and the Zhanjiang City 610 Office have done their best to follow the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and former dictator Jiang Zemin to viciously persecute Falun Gong practitioners. They not only use the method of "gang torture" to brutally harm practitioners in their custody, but also export their evil torture methods to persecute practitioners in other cities. These people have used various methods to torture the practitioners. The Zhanjiang City Police Station and the Zhanjiang City 610 Office have become the state bases for the persecution of practitioners who firmly believe in Falun Dafa.
It is believed that staff from the Hainan Province 610 Office taught the Zhanjiang City 610 Office staff the method of "gang torture." The gang torture method works as follows: A practitioner is taken to a room where they are surrounded by a group of people who force the practitioner to stand up. Some people strike the practitioner's head while others attack the practitioner's body. When hitting the practitioner's head, some guards push the practitioner with an open palm, others punch with their fists. At the same time they constantly curse and bully the practitioner with vicious words.
In order to prevent the practitioner from falling down, some of them hold the practitioner's hands and simultaneously push and pull the practitioner around and around. They cruelly attack the practitioner's body and head from different angles and directions, but especially target the head.
The injuries from this torture are not immediately visible. When the guards concentrate on striking the practitioner's head while turning the person around, the practitioner will experience internal hemorrhaging, lack of oxygen to the brain, dizziness, and weakness. During this torture the practitioners with less severe injuries will vomit, incur neck injuries, fierce headaches, and be unable to eat. The practitioners who are severely injured will lose consciousness, go into a vegetative state, or even die from cerebral hemorrhaging. Ms. He Zhiwei's symptoms indicate that she was gang tortured.
Ms. He Zhiwei, 40, was born in Nanhai City, Guangdon Province. She was a department manager of an enterprise in Zhuhai City. She told others that after she started practicing Falun Gong, her body and mind improved tremendously.
After the CCP and former dictator Jiang Zemin started persecuting Falun Gong in July 1999, Ms. He Zhiwei was sentenced to two years of forced labor, and was later taken to a brainwashing center. She was subjected to many kinds of torture, dismissed from her job, and forced to be divorced from her husband.
On April 9, 2009, personnel from the Zhuhai City 610 Office used the excuse of Ms. He being unwilling to be "transformed" to again illegally arrest her. She was imprisoned at the Sanshui Brainwashing Center in Guangdong Province. No matter how severely she was mistreated she refused to relinquish her beliefs. Ms. He was later transferred to the Zhanjiang City Brainwashing Center to attempt further to "transform" her using the cruel gang torture method.
