(Clearwisdom.net) In July 2009, the "610 Office" of Ji County in Tianjin cooperated with the police stations and community offices to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. They ransacked practitioners' houses and illegally arrested the practitioners. Some practitioners were forced to leave their homes.
Here is what occurred. More than eight evildoers arrived in two police cars and arbitrarily broke into practitioners' houses without giving any kind of reason or search papers. They even broke the door down and used an all-purpose key to get into the house when they were refused entry. They forcibly arrested practitioners when they found Falun Gong materials. Even when they didn't find anything, they forced practitioners to write a so-called guarantee statement. If the practitioners refused to do so, they took them away. We heard that more than six practitioners were arrested, more than eight were forced to leave their homes, and two or three dozen practitioners' homes were ransacked.
The known practitioners who were detained include:
A woman practitioner (unknown name) living in Chenqiao Village in Dongta Township was arrested because two Falun Gong books were found at her house. She was given one year of forced labor.
A woman practitioner (unknown name) living in Xiqiyuan Village, Chengguan Town was detained for 15 days because Falun Gong books were found at her house.
Ms. Zhang Fenglan, who lives in Xinanyu Village, Chengguan Town, was given one year of forced labor.
Ms. Gao Datong, who lives in the county capital, was detained at the Ji County Detention Center because one picture of Master Li was found.
Ms. Zhang Suwen, who lives in Dongerying Township, had her home ransacked and was arrested by police who jumped over the wall to get into her house.
Practitioners who were forced to leave their homes are: Yang Xiuyi, Liu Suqin, Wang Congyu (a couple in their 70s), Su Jianming, Wang Xuejun, Dong Xiuqin, and many other practitioners with unknown names.
