(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioners in my area come from all different social strata, and they are very different in many ways. For example, some don't get along with other people well, some get along with others easily, and some make efforts to balance the relationship between cultivation and dealing with everyday people.
As we know, the amount of "de" decides a person's fortune. Some practitioners from the lower classes often don't seem as refined as those from the upper classes. So the upper class practitioners get upset when they see the lack of conversational ability and prestige of practitioners who are from the lower classes. Practitioners who appear more refined grow further away from lower class practitioners, which results in interference. This is, in fact, an opportunity to raise xinxing for everyone. However, the practitioners who have better social skills usually judge practitioners who have more limited social skills. The practitioners who have less ability feel pressured to collaborate with practitioners with more ability.
I come from the lower classes. If I didn't cultivate I would not understand the reasons for failures in my life. If I didn't study and understand the Fa principles, I wouldn't realize my human attachments, such as greed. My lifestyle is simple and I am able to spend a fair amount of time and energy validating the Fa. However, I didn't focus on my manners, and people sometimes felt that I did fit in very well. I later learned how to deal with people, and, more importantly, I realized I should improve myself to meet the Fa's requirements. I tried to understand other practitioners without thinking about myself. Since that time, we have collaborated much better. I am no longer interfered with by others and I have become more independent.
I later met some practitioners with even fewer social graces than I, and I could empathize with them. I understand that I can't force them to make big changes when they have not realized these things themselves, but I understand that I should not judge practitioners using human notions. This will help us cooperate and collaborate better.
