(Clearwisdom.net) A source from Hewan Forced Labor Camp in Wuhan reported that Falun Gong practitioner Xiao Yingxue was arrested from the street where she was clarifying the truth about Falun Gong on June 27, 2010. She was subsequently sentenced to one year and three months in a forced labor camp. At present, she is being subjected to torture in the fifth division at Hewan Forced Labor Camp. Her friends report that this is the second time that Xiao Yingxue has been arrested.
Xiao Yingxue was talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong on Quanxin Street, in the Qiaokou District on June 27, 2010. She was picked up by the police and taken to the Ertouwan brainwashing facility in Qiaokou District. The police were from Xinan Police Station.
Xiao Yingxue is forty-one years old and worked in the Qiaokou district Industry and Commerce Administration Bureau. She has been arrested eight times by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) authorities because she practices Falun Gong. She has been sent to brainwashing centers six times and was once in critical condition after being severely beaten there. She has been twice sentenced to prison for over a year each time.
At the end of October 1999, Xiao Yingxue went to appeal in Beijing for Falun Dafa. As a result, she was detained at the local detention center. After being taken back to Wuhan, she was illegally detained for another fifteen days. In 2000, she was taken to the Ertouwan brainwashing center where she was tortured for over a year. During that period, she was once beaten up so severely that she had a two-inch cut on her face. It bled badly and she could not eat for one week. In March of 2001, she was secretly taken to the first division of Wuhan Public Security Bureau (#1 Qingdao Street) and interrogated. In 2001, she was imprisoned in the women's division at Wuhan Hewan Forced Labor Camp for one and a half years. During that period, her husband was deceived by the lies of the CCP and was pressured to divorce her.
In 2003, Xiao Yingxue was illegally expelled from her work unit, Qiaokou Real Estate Group property management center. She lost her job and income, and had to do odd jobs to make a living. In June 2005, while she was working at a privately owned factory, she was arrested and again taken to the Ertouwan brainwashing center by Qiaokou District Yijiadun police and the Qiaokou District 610 office. Police beat her up, resulting in a broken and bleeding nose. She went on a hunger strike to protest. On the eighth day of her hunger strike, the perpetrators pried her mouth open, causing additional damage to her broken nose and severe bleeding. She was sent to the emergency room in Wuhan First Hospital, where she fell unconscious twice. The torture has had long lasting effects on her physical and mental well-being.
