(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Wang Ruihua was arrested by police from the Shengli Police Station in Dagang District on February 26, 2011. She was sent to a forced labor camp.
In the Shengli Police Station, policeman Wang Conghe hit and kicked Ms. Wang. He also beat her with a stick and did not stop until the stick was broken. Afterwards, Wang Conghe tried to take off Ms. Wang's pants with the intent to assault her. Ms. Wang fought back and Wang Conghe stopped. Two other policemen stood by and witnessed the entire episode and a police official watched through a door gap but he did not stop Wang Conghe.
In September 2011, Ms. Wang's family traveled to the Banqiao Forced Labor Camp in Tianjin to visit her. Ms. Wang told them about what the Shengli police officers had done to her, including the beating, ransacking her home, and the attempted sexual assault. Ms. Wang's family then filed a complaint against the Shengli Police Station.
Ms. Wang was deeply affected after this affair, injured both physically and mentally. She did not tell her family what she suffered until six months later. However, what she told her family in September 2011 was not everything that she suffered. Later, after her family's gentle questioning and support, Ms. Wang told her family everything that happened while she was detained in the Shengli Police Station for a whole night on February 26, 2011. That night, Wang Conghe and another policeman harassed her four times. They pushed her down to the ground and sat on her. They took off her clothes and intended to rape her. They even shouted that they just wanted to rape her.
Ms. Wang continued to be persecuted after being transferred to the Banqiao Women's Forced Labor Camp. The guards forced her to stand as a punishment. They also forced her to do manual labor and threatened her in attempts to coerce her to give up her belief. As a result of persecution, Ms. Wang showed symptoms of sickness. The guards took her money pretending it would be used to treat her illnesses. They forced her to take some medications, but refused to tell her and her family anything about her illness.
Ms. Wang's family recently visited her again. Guards Meng and Wang stopped them and said that Ms. Wang wrote a declaration, saying the guarantee she wrote giving up her belief was invalid because she wrote it under intimidation from the guards. The guards warned Ms. Wang's family to advise Ms. Wang to not do such a thing. Otherwise, Ms. Wang's family would not be allowed to visit her. The guards were very angry when the family did not respond. They just intended to harass Ms. Wang and her family when they met.
Ms. Wang's child no longer attends school because Ms. Wang and her husband were arrested again..
