(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Li Changrong from Hong'an County, Hubei Province has been persecuted many times. He was recently arrested and detained again.
Since 1999, local police station and neighborhood committee staff have harassed Mr. Li Changrong numerous times. Hong'an County 610 Office and State Security Division officers have participated in arresting and detaining him many times. Mr. Li was subjected to long-term detention, brainwashing and sentencing. Mr. Li has spent most of the past ten plus years in detention.
The Chinese Communist Party agents employed all kinds of persecution methods on Mr. Li; the most heinous is injecting him with unknown substances. Even while being abused so severely, Mr. Li has remained steadfast in his belief in Falun Dafa.
Mr. Li was almost disabled from physical abuse and torture in the Shayang Forced Labor Camp in late 2010. The labor camp officials released him, but not before injecting him with unknown substances. After he returned home, he continued practicing Falun Gong and his physical health quickly recovered.
In early 2011, officers from the Shayang Forced Labor Camp went to Mr. Li's home, attempting to take him back to the labor camp. He saw through their ill intention, and was able to escape. He stayed away from home for many days to avoid arrest.
Prior to October 1, Mr. Li's two children who work out of town wanted to return home to visit him. Mr. Li returned home, but left his clothes and other items there before going out. He was covertly arrested on the street by agents who had followed him. His current whereabouts are unknown.
