(Clearwisdom.net) In 2007, the Chinese government sent official delegations to many countries, including Sweden. But practitioners in Sweden and other parts of Europe didn't take the opportunity to show their dissatisfaction with the things going on in China, because one practitioner had seen something with his Celestial Eye. I did not agree. I have since written two articles in which I explained that, according to my understanding, there is nothing in the Fa saying that we should stop clarifying the truth to the Chinese government.
In the United States, practitioners openly protested during the corresponding visit. In Russia, practitioners went to the Chinese embassy, despite the risk of being sent to prison. In China, practitioners are going out to validate the Fa, risking their lives due to the persecution. But we, in a democratic country like Sweden, did not use the unique opportunity we had to show that we do not accept what is going on. But because the majority of the Swedish practitioners didn't want to openly protest, I gave up at that time, and I now regret that I didn't go out myself. Also, my husband thought I should have done it. Without support from practitioners in other countries, the pressure on the Chinese practitioners would be even stronger.
In "To All Students at the Nordic Fa Conference," Master said:
“All Students at the Nordic Fa Conference:
For Dafa disciples, Consummation is the conclusion of cultivation, and Fa-rectification is the great responsibility history has bestowed upon you during the Fa-rectification period. So during the current process of clarifying the truth and exposing the evil, everything we do is embodying Dafa. Whether we're clarifying the truth, exposing the evil, or participating in other Dafa activities, including our Fa conferences, we should demonstrate Dafa disciples' mercy as well as the goodness that Fa-rectification cultivation brings out. I'd like to wish the Fa conference complete success.
Meanwhile, I hope that the students in Europe can be more like the students in North America--every student should, in addition to participating in group activities, in his daily life fully take the initiative of a Dafa disciple, establish his own mighty virtue in the process of clarifying the truth, and do well on his own Dafa disciple's path. So in clarifying the truth, don't wait, don't rely on others, and don't just hope for changes in external factors. Every one of us is creating history for the future, that's why everyone is not only participating in group activities, but also taking the initiative to look for things to do. As long as something is good for Dafa, you should take the initiative to do it, take the initiative to work on it. Every person you come into contact with in society is someone to clarify the truth to, and what's manifest in clarifying the truth is Dafa disciples' mercy and their salvation of the world's people. I hope that every Dafa disciple will fully take initiative and fully play his role as a Dafa disciple. Once again, I'd like to wish the Fa conference complete success.
Pay attention: no matter how busy you are, you cannot neglect Fa-study. This is what fundamentally assures that you move toward Consummation and do Dafa work well.”
Therefore, this time in 2010, I took the opportunity to show that we still exist when the Vice President of China, Xi Jinping, visited Stockholm. I carried two banners. On one was written "Falun Gong-practitioners are tortured in China for their belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The other banner, which I obtained from a Chinese practitioner, had only the three Chinese characters for Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, Zhen Shan Ren.
When I arrived at Rosenbad, the home of the Swedish government, no one was there. It was grey weather with some rain. The police officers asked me why I was there. I created a good rapport with them. Later some Chinese youths came with some small and some big red flags. They were guarded by Chinese security officers. The Swedish police decided that everyone except me should move to the other side of the street. I was allowed to remain alone close to Rosenbad. But the Chinese security officers began to worry. They started complaining about me to the Swedish police officers. But the police didn't change their minds. They said, "She is going to stand there!"
I felt pressure on me from evil coming from other dimensions. The Chinese security officers started taking photographs of me. I felt more and more uncomfortable and under stress, starting to wonder if it was really necessary for me to stand there. But immediately words from the Fa appeared in my mind to allay my fears, so I remained.
Finally, a Swedish police officer told me to move to the other side of the street. I took a place on the stairs right opposite the government building. It was actually a good position. Everyone could see me. When the Chinese delegation arrived and I raised the Zhen Shan Ren banner, Chinese security officers and youths ran up to me, attempting to hide me with their flags. I ran to the side and they followed. I tried to get away from them, but they followed me energetically to cover up my banner. That was more important to them than welcoming their Vice President. They forgot about him.
The Swedish police officers seemed shocked when I took out my banner. I asked them for help, so they separated the youths from me. When the police asked what was written on my banner. I explained in detail to them and said that Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance didn't seem to be popular with the Chinese regime. They agreed.
Since the Chinese delegation was already inside Rosenbad, some youths started to leave for lunch. I went down to those that remained and started to ask them why they were afraid of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, which means something very positive everywhere else. "Actually it is something nice," one of them answered, "But some people burned themselves at Tiananmen Square." I told them that investigations had shown that this wasn't true and that those who practice Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance could not possibly have done this. I also told them I didn't like people being killed for their beliefs and their efforts to be good. One man answered and said, "You are a good person, but in China you can find people doing bad things, using Zhen-Shan-Ren." I asked him, "If a single person with a Swedish flag did bad things, would the Swedish government then be responsible for him?" I added that if someone was against Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, that he must be a bad person. He had difficulty in understanding me, but a Chinese security officer who knew English explained to him what I meant.
Everyone in the Chinese group now seemed to agree. I again took a place on the stairs. The sun broke through and started to shine on the steps, and my beautiful banner was shining with Zhen-Shan-Ren. Outside, everything else was grey. I felt great compassion for all human beings and had the thought that I wanted to save everyone. People passing by on foot and even in cars slowly driving along asked, "What does it mean?" I explained to them and they showed a thumbs up and wished me luck.
By and by the rest of the youths coming back from lunch approached me, but the Chinese security officers tried to direct them down to the street. You could see they were again planning to cover up my banner when the Chinese delegation came out from Rosenbad. One Swedish police officer realized their plan and told them to move away from the stairs, and that he needed that space in order to help me. When the Chinese delegation appeared, they really had a good view of me. They got into cars going to the City Hall for lunch. The atmosphere between me and the youths was relaxed. I started to talk to them regarding Truthfulness- Compassion-Forbearance and about human rights. One of them said to me, "I agree. You are a good person." We separated as friends. Also the police officer wished me luck.
I then walked to the City Hall. The Chinese delegation had already entered. I started talking to the police officers in charge. They told me they had heard what happened at Rosenbad.
I showed them my banner. They thought it was beautiful. They wondered why the Chinese didn't like it and what Falun Gong is. I explained in detail.
Since no one knew when the lunch for the Chinese delegation would end, and it was cold outside, I thought of going home. Then my husband called and encouraged me to take a quick lunch and remain in that place. When I returned to the City Hall, a TV-team was in place. I was uncomfortable talking, so I didn't bring out my banner. I know that was not the right decision.
Soon, more Chinese youths arrived. I thought it was the same group I had met earlier. I waved to them and they waved back. They took places on both sides of the street. Suddenly I realized it was a new group. I started to talk in a friendly way to them and created good relations. In order to avoid trouble, the police officers directed them to the other side of the street, which they didn't like, but they had no choice. I took up my banner and they started to read it. A woman--I think she was from the Chinese Embassy--asked me if I wasn't afraid of them, because they could beat me. She tried to step in front of me, but a police officer moved her away, telling her that everyone had the right to express their opinion. He said to me, "You are not worth less than they are!" Soon, cars with the Chinese delegation passed, and the youths then went to their bus. I waved to them and they waved back. The police officers said, "That went smoothly," and they wished me luck with my message.
After that pressure from other dimensions, I felt tremendously tired when I arrived back at home. At the same time I was very satisfied, since so many human beings this day had received the message that "Falun Dafa is good." I really hope they all will be saved. Zhen-Shan-Ren had won the battle!
This is my understanding at my limited level.
