(Clearwisdom.net) Officers from the Domestic Security Divisions in Kunming City, Honghe, and Yuxi City in Yunnan Province, broke into many practitioners' homes on May 11, 2011. They arrested more than ten practitioners.
The arrests were carried out under orders from the Yunnan Province 610 Office. Those arrested include Ms. Zhang Xiaoyun and Ms. Chen Huanli from Kunming City, as well as several practitioners from Honghe and Yuxi City. The situations of other practitioners are being investigated. The police confiscated materials that practitioners had made to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day.
This was the largest number of practitioners arrested at one time in our region. Agents from the 610 Office continue to organize raids on practitioners' homes throughout the entire province and have ransacked many homes in the process.
