The Mayor of the City of Kelowna, British Columbia, Ms. Sharon Shepherd, issued a proclamation on April 27, 2011, recognizing May 2011 as Falun Dafa Month in the City.
(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioners gathered in front of the Brussels Stock Exchange in downtown Brussels on April 30, 2011. They continued their efforts to raise awareness about the persecution of Falun Gong, and at the same time called attention to the movement in China to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). To date, over 94 million Chinese people have withdrawn from the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
(Clearwisdom.net) It was sunny on April 30 in Atlanta. More than one hundred groups participated in the Inman Park Festival parade in the afternoon. The local Falun Gong entry was the one of the few Asian groups in the parade.
