Solemn Declaration
Prior to practicing Falun Gong, I had heart disease, bronchitis, gynecological problems and other health issues. All my diseases disappeared a few months after I started cultivation in 1996. In November 2000, I appealed for Dafa in Beijing. I was illegally taken to a local detention center for three days and then was sent to a forced labor camp for two years. I was deprived of sleep and pressured to renounce Dafa. Because of a lack of Fa study and poor understanding of the Fa principles, I couldn't withstand their threats, gave in to my own human attachments, and wrote the guarantee statement. I finally realized this August that I had betrayed Dafa and Master. This is my biggest shame and the worst disrespect to Master. However, Master still compassionately enlightened me to resume cultivation. I deeply appreciate Master and solemnly declare: “Everything I have ever done that was against Dafa is null and void. I will seize every minute to study the Fa diligently and cultivate myself well. I will do the three things well to make up for the losses I caused to Dafa. I will be worthy of Master's merciful salvation.”

Solemn Declaration
Claiming that someone had reported me, officers from Domestic Security Division of the local police department broke into my home at around 6:30 a.m. on May 11 this year. They ransacked my home, took me to the police station, and held me there for the whole day. When my family and a friend came after 6 p.m. to seek my release, they were told that I would be sent to a brainwashing center if I did not guarantee that I would stop practicing Falun Gong. My friend said that he could write it for me. I thought it would be all right as long as I didn't do it myself. I let him write the statement and had my son sign it. When I looked inwards afterward, I realized that it was my mistake because the statement was written and signed with my consent. Furthermore, I caused good ordinary people who didn't know the facts to commit a sin because of my cunning selfishness. I regret this deeply and am embarrassed in front of Master and Dafa. I solemnly declare: “The signed statement and everything I have said and done that were harmful to Master and Dafa is null and void. I will work harder to make up for the damage I might have caused to Dafa. I will steadfastly cultivate in Dafa to the end.”
