(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in six cities or counties in six provinces. In this report, four Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least two practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Jiang Chunyan on a Hunger Strike to Protest the Persecution
Ms. Jiang Chunyan from the Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, was taken to the Lucheng Detention Center in Wenzhou for handing out materials about Falun Gong on January 21, 2012. She has been on a hunger strike to protest the persecution for six days so far.
2. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Zhenmei Arrested
Ms. Guo Zhenmei from Xinji Township, Guan County, was arrested by officers from the Xinji Police Station on January 24, 2012 (the second day of the first lunar month).
3. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Qingyuan, Handicapped, Had to Move from Place to Place to Avoid Persecution
Mr. Zhang Qingyuan lived in the 19th Apartment Building in Jianhanbei Village. He won a championship in a handicapped sports meet and was given a support allowance of over 1,000 yuan a month. Because he practices Falun Gong, the city 610 Office authorities directed Wu Huihua, Party secretary of the Jianghanbei Village Residential Committee, to monitor him. Mr. Zhang's allowance has been withheld over the past several years and he has now been forced to move from place to place in order to avoid persecution.
4. [Jiahe County, Hunan Province] Mr. Lei Jingxiong Held in Duyun Prison
Mr. Lei Jingxiong from Jiahe County was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division at the Baiyun Airport in Guangzhou on June 28, 2009. His family received a notice from the Duyun Prison of Guizhou Province in 2010 and was informed that Mr. Li had been sentenced to eight years in prison and sent to the Duyun Prison on January 14, 2010. Recently, Mr. Lei's health became critical, however the Jiahe County 610 Office refused to take him back to Jiahe.
5. [Shaowu City, Fujian Province] Additional Information about the Arrest of Mr. You Jianxi, Who Had been Moving from Place to Place to Avoid Persecution
Mr. You Jianxi, who had been moving from place to place for over two years in order to avoid persecution, was arrested in Wuyishan, Fujian Province, by agents from the Shaowu City Political and Judiciary Committee, Gong Jianwen from the Domestic Security Division, and agents from the Nanping City 610 Office.

6. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Ms. Song Zhihong Held in Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Song Zhihong from Chengde City is still being held in the Hebei Provincial Women's Forced Labor Camp. She has entered an appeal to the Shuangqiao District Court of Chengde.
Ms. Song was deceived into going to the Xidajie Office and was arrested there on the afternoon of May 31, 2011. Agents from the Chengde 610 Office and the Xidajie Office had told her to come to pick her residence ownership book. Because she refused to give up her belief, the Chengde 610 Office decided to make her serve forced labor. She was taken to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp of Tangshan City at the end of August, 2011. Two months later she was taken to the Hebei Provincial Women's Forced Labor Camp and has been held there ever since.
