(Minghui.org) In the past few months, the situation in China has changed dramatically. The fall from grace of Bo Xilai, the recent developments with Mr. Chen Guangchen, who escaped from his besieged home to seek refuge in the US embassy, and a number of other events that have followed – all of these have received much attention in the international community.
A large number of Chinese people are anxious to learn more. They are keenly aware that great historic changes are underway. More and more people have joined the ranks of those who have quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the Youth League and the Young Pioneers. (Note: this is referred to by many as “the three withdrawals.”) As of today, 115,707,444 people have recorded their withdrawals from the CCP and its affiliates on the Epoch Times website. Among these, over 115 million people are Chinese citizens from all walks of life. Many more are anxiously looking for ways to publish their declaration to quit the CCP and its affiliates, so as to make the right choice during this time of great historic change.
The great tide of quitting the CCP and its affiliates has been overwhelming in magnitude since it first began with the publication of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. The misfortune and disasters the CCP has brought to the Chinese nation during its 60-some years in power; the untimely deaths of over 80 million of China's innocent sons and daughters; the destruction of the moral foundation of the Chinese people; and especially the brutal persecution of Falun Gong with the concurrent attack on the beliefs of Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance – all of these have led to intractable social problems. Learning about these things and breaking out of the constraints of the CCP culture, over 115 million people have wisely chosen to cast off the vestiges of the CCP.
According to volunteers at tourist sites in Europe and Taiwan, it is not uncommon that within an hour or two, each volunteer is able to help scores of Chinese tourists to prepare declarations to quit the CCP and its affiliates. Many tourist groups consist of CCP officials. They, too, are anxious to quit the CCP – in droves. They also ask questions about the latest political developments in China. Everyone seems to know that the CCP faces imminent collapse.
Falun Gong practitioners who make telephone calls to help rescue practitioners illegally arrested in mainland China report that many of the officials they contact (be they in the CCP's police, procuratorate, or court systems) upon hearing more about the current situation in China, also express their willingness to quit the CCP. They can see that what happened in the Bo Xilai scandal can also happen to them – they recognize the inescapable dead end of following the CCP's policy of persecution.
The solemn declaration from the Epoch Times on January 12, 2005 has made this clear to all Chinese people:
“The end of the Communist Party is in sight. The evil party (cult) has committed heinous crimes to sentient beings, Gods and Buddhas throughout history. Gods are bound to expose and eradicate this demon.
When Gods arrange for somebody in the human world to purge the Communist Party, the so-called evil henchmen will certainly not be let off the hook. We hereby solemnly announce that whoever has joined the Communist Party or any organizations associated with the Communist Party (who have been branded with the mark of the beast), should quit immediately and erase the mark. When the cult begins to be eliminated, the records saved by The Epoch Times will provide evidence of those who left the Communist Party or the organizations associated with the Communist Party.
The heavenly network is extensive and clearly differentiates good and evil. For those people who have been deceived by the most evil cult in history and branded with the mark of the beast, please grab this precious opportunity that may disappear at any time!”
