(Minghui.org) According to sources, the file of the case of Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Wang Guiying is currently still in the State Security Division in Beishi District, Baoding City. According to legal procedures, within three months from the date of Wang Guiying's arrest on February 25 to May 25, the State Security Division of Beishi District, Baoding should have completed the investigation and evidence collection. Then the case would be transferred to the Beishi District Procurator which would have one month to verify the evidence. If the evidence was insufficient, the file would be returned to the State Security Division Beishi District. Cui Hao from the Beishi District Police Department was in charge of framing and sentencing Mrs. Wang.
On the morning of February 25, 2012, Cui Hao and other policemen arrested fifty-five-year-old Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Wang Guiying who was at home by herself. They grabbed her wage slips and took the money Ms. Wang's siblings had prepared for their mother's hospitalisation fee.
Ms. Wang was taken away when her family members arrived. They found a pool of blood on the floor and they wondered if the police had beat her until she vomited blood.
Cui Hao was the mastermind in persecuting Ms. Wang. He prevented her from meeting a lawyer and didn't issue a meeting pass for her with the excuse that her case had been transferred to the Beishi District Procurator. Without approval of the meeting pass from Beishi District Procurator and Hebei Province Procurator, Ms. Wang's family would be unable to see her. This was an obvious excuse to postpone the meeting time. Ms. Wang was very fragile when the lawyer saw her. She was held by other people and unable to speak. She was pale, emaciated and had a twisted mouth; she was very weak. The lawyer said she was not pretending. They talked a lot but she didn't say anything. Her family members were questioning if she had been tortured again.
Before Ms. Wang started to practice Falun Gong, she suffered from serious emphysema, cough, asthma and hematemesis. She was on medication all year round and often stayed in the hospital. After she practiced Falun Gong, she soon recovered. Everybody who knew her witnessed this fact.
Ms. Wang went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong after the CCP started to persecute Falun Gong on July 20, 1999. She was arrested, detained and tortured. She was not released until the end of March in 2000 when the the CCP Two Congress Meetings were over. In May 2001 she was arrested at home and sent to a brainwashing center where she was again persecuted. After she was released, policemen and community officers often went to her home to harass and threaten her. They planned to arrest her again on the sensitive day of July 20, so she was forced to leave home.
In August 2002, Baoding Police Department mobilized huge resources and arrested her. They tortured her to obtain a confession, beat her violently and gave her toxic injections. As a result, her head became swollen and her face was disfigured. She was not able to move and was unconscious. She was held in the Baoding Detention Center, but the forced labor camp refused to accept her, so she was released.
On June 7, 2006, Mrs. Wang and several other Falun Gong practitioners went to Baigou where police from the Gaoqian Police station of Baigou Sub-Bureau under the Gaobeidian Police Department arrested her. On June 8, she was sent to the Gaobeidian Detention Center, where she was severely persecuted. Her life was in danger before her family members came to pick her up.
Mrs. Wang was very sick when she worked at her previous job. She started to practice Falun Gong and tried to be a good person according to the principles of “Truth-Compassion-Forbearance”, and she regained her health. Her colleagues praised Falun Gong and promoted Falun Gong themselves. Mrs. Wang was ready to help whoever came to her for help.
The following was a notice issued by World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) regarding persecutors of Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. Wang Guiying.
Notice to Investigate the Persecutors in Baoding City Hebei Province against Falun Gong Practitioner Wang Guiying
April 30, 2012
Since July 1999, the Police Departments, the Procurator, the courts, legal organizations and 610 Office in Baoding City Hebei Province have staged a campaign of genocide against Falun Gong practitioners. As an organization above the law, the legal organizations openly deprive its citizens of the right of belief. They illegally arrest, detain, torture, put on trial and sentence innocent Falun Gong practitioners. As a result, many practitioners have become injured and disabled. Law executing personnel such as policemen openly commit crimes. The police department has already turned into a Mafia organization. From this very day, WOIPFG will set up a case for the following incident of persecution and investigate.
Brief introduction of the case: Mrs. Wang Guiying is a Falun Gong practitioner from Baoding City, Hebei Province. On the morning on February 25, 2012, policemen from the State Security Division of Beishi District Police Sub-Bureau broke into Mrs. Wang's home and arrested her. They searched her house and confiscated a desk-top computer, a laptop, a printer, DVDs, Falun Gong books, cash, mobile phones, jewellery and personal documents. They also took away cash her siblings had prepared for their mother's hospitalization fees. Mrs. Wang is being detained at the Baoding Detention Center. Since the CCP started to persecute Falun Gong, Mrs. Wang has been persecuted many times due to her firm belief. She has been harassed many times and was forced to leave home and became destitute. Her family members were threatened several times. Her parents and siblings bear huge pressure. In 2002 Mrs. Wang was arrested and put into a forced labor camp. She was tortured until her life was in danger before she was finally released.
Personnel and organizations involved in persecution: Wang Lishan, secretary of Baoding City Political and Legal Committee; Pan Jingsu, director of Baoding City Police Department; Li Zhengping, deputy director of Baoding City Police Department; Wang Hongeng and Feng Yong, team leaders of the State Security Division; Dong Yuan, team leader of the State Security Sub-Division; Wang Heli from Prevention Office of Baoding City 610 Office; Bai Shaohui, director of Baishi District Police Sub-Bureau; Wang Hongbin, deputy director of Baishi District Police Sub-Bureau; Lu Wusuo, team leader of the State Security Division; Cui Hao, policeman and Baoding Detention Center.
Our principles are: whoever commits crimes is responsible for his/her conduct. The result of a crime committed by a group will be borne by individuals of the group. Instigators commit the same crime as those directly involved. According to this principle, the responsibilities of the crimes committed under the name of an organization, work unit or a system will be eventually borne by individuals. The above perpetrators will be investigated thoroughly and be brought to justice.
WOIPFG is hoping that the above perpetrators will come to realize their crimes, think over the situations again, expose what's happening behind the black curtain and turn themselves in in order to gain a lenient sentence when put on trial, and at the same time to build a good future for their family and themselves. Regardless of if you step out or not at the moment, the truth will eventually come out. It will be too late to regret when the CCP collapses and you are brought to justice.
WOIPFG is an abbreviation of World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong.
