(Minghui.org) Mr. Zhang Xiaowei, who is over eighty years old, is from Nanniujucun, Madian Town, Hengshui City, Anping County in Hebei Province. Mr. Zhang returned home from a trip on February 18, 2012, to find that his home had been ransacked, and some of his personal belongings had been taken. His neighbors told him that Zhao Xuguang from Madian Police Station and Su He from the local government had broken into his home with five others. They pried open his cabinets and confiscated his Dafa books and 16,700 yuan in cash.
When Mr. Zhang went to the Madian government offices and the police station to ask for the return of his personal belongings, Zhou Jinzhang, one of the government officials, said, “Tell your son to come here. You don't need to come, and we'll give everything to him.” However, when Mr. Zhang's son went to see Su at the government building, he was not allowed to collect anything. Instead they made many excuses as to why they could not return anything, and finally told him that the 16,700 yuan in cash did not belong to Mr. Zhang and therefore they would not consider returning it.
At around 1:00 p.m. that same day, Mr. Liu Yufeng from Liuzhuanger Village in Hezhuang Town was arrested at his rented apartment in Huangcheng Town. Approximately eight officers from Huangcheng Police Station forced their way into Mr. Liu's room. They kicked him and confiscated many of his personal belongings, including more than three hundred yuan in cash. They handcuffed him and took him to the Huangcheng Police Station. Mr. Liu was then transferred to Hezhuang Town Police Station in the evening and was not released until the next day.
It has been about four months since Mr. Zhang tried to get his money and personal belongings back, but he has still not received anything. He also knows that Su had put him under surveillance a long time ago.
In 2006, Su broke into Mr. Wang Yibing's home. Su also filed a false claim against Mr. Wang saying that Mr. Wang had beaten him.
