Solemn Declaration
I did not study the Fa well and regarded doing projects as cultivation for long periods of time. The evil took advantage of my loopholes and I was arrested at home. While in detention, I had the human notion that I wanted to get out immediately. While under pressure I wrote the three statements and caused losses to Dafa.
With help from other practitioners, I studied Master's recent Fa lectures and gained a better understanding of many Fa principles. I will pick myself up from where I have fallen and walk the path Teacher has arranged for me. I will negate all of the arrangements made by the old forces.
I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said and done that does not conform to Dafa is null and void. I will make up for the losses that I caused to Dafa, be steadfast in cultivating Dafa, do the three things well, and go back home with Teacher.”

Solemn Declaration
I was arrested on a business trip and sentenced to two years of forced labor. While in the labor camp I was deceived and threatened. I compromised my beliefs and wrote the three statements. I sincerely apologize to Dafa and Teacher. I also wrote a “thought report” after I was released.
I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said and done that does not conform to Dafa is null and void. I will start cultivation of Dafa again, be a genuine Dafa disciple, follow Teacher's Fa-rectification process, clarify the truth to people with my all heart, safeguard Dafa with righteous thoughts, do the three things well, and make up for the losses that I have caused Dafa.”
