(Minghui.org) As World Falun Dafa Day drew near, practitioners and non-practitioners alike sent their greetings to wish revered Master Li a Happy Birthday and to celebrate the 26th anniversary of Falun Dafa’s public introduction.
As the practitioners have worked hard to raise awareness of the persecution, many of their family and friends have come to understand that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is wrong to persecute this peaceful self-cultivation practice that has transformed so many lives. Many have quit the CCP and its subordinate organizations and subsequently experienced tremendous positive changes in their own lives.
A man in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province was diagnosed with oral cancer five years ago, and his sister advised him to recite Falun Dafa is good. He heeded the advice, and has since become cancer free. A woman in the same region and her siblings do not practice Falun Gong, but they are beyond thrilled that their mother is as healthy as can be, thanks to the elderly woman's practice of Falun Gong.
A practitioner in Quzhou County, Hebei Province wrote that she suffered so much from her various illnesses that at one point she even contemplated committing suicide. Her fate changed after she began practicing Falun Gong in 1998. She became illness free and no longer required large sums of money for her medical expenses. Having had firsthand experience with Falun Gong, she never wavered in her faith after the persecution began in July 1999. Her husband and three children are also very supportive of her practice. Their family of five wishes Master Li a happy birthday!
