(Minghui.org) For the 19th World Falun Dafa Day, May 13, multiple counties and cities in the State of New York issued proclamations to local Falun Gong practitioners.
The government officials proclaimed May 13, 2018 as Falun Dafa Day, congratulating them on the 26th anniversary of Falun Gong's public introduction, and recognizing practitioners' contributions to their communities.
The proclamations commended the positive impact this self-improvement practice brings to society, especially noting Falun Gong's core principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. The officials also condemned the 19-year-long persecution of Falun Gong in China.
