Master Helped Me Get on the Internet
By a practitioner in Heilongjiang Province, China
Before China’s National Day on October 1st, it was extremely challenging to access the web due to the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) intense internet censorship. Either the internet signal was very weak or there was none at all, and I couldn’t connect to the server. I sent forth righteous thoughts toward the computer and asked for help from Master Li, the founder of Falun Dafa, but I still couldn’t connect for two days.
While I was sending forth righteous thoughts one day, I enlightened to the idea that there was a wide, straight road connecting my computer with the Minghui website—as though they were one unit. A couple of days later, I had the same thought, so I asked the computer, printer, and other equipment to cooperate with me to help Teacher rectify the Fa.
I was able to get on the internet from then on. But if I became anxious when it took a little longer than usual, I wouldn’t be able to log on. The old forces were testing my patience. When I was patient, everything worked.
As it got closer to October 1st, I was unable get online for a couple of days. I also couldn’t connect to Dynaweb or Unbound.
One day, I sent forth righteous thoughts and asked Master for help after I still couldn’t connect to the internet. I was unsuccessful the first two times I opened Firefox. I told myself to remain calm and was successful on the third try. The internet speed was fast.
Sometimes the webpage showed a warning: “The server is reconnecting while loading.” After a while, I switched to Dynaweb and found it was easier to connect to other sites.
I was asked to submit the names of police officers who had persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners to the Minghui website. Once I logged onto Dynaweb, the signal slowly faded from seven bars to one. I remained calm and asked for Master’s help. The signal soon shot up to seven bars and I was able to finish the task in an hour-and-a-half.
I truly enlightened to the principle: “Cultivation depends on one’s own efforts, while the transformation of gong is done by one’s master.” (Lecture One, Zhuan Falun)
As long as we have righteous thoughts, Master will pave the way for us, as it is all done by Him.
Circumventing Internet Censorship with a Pure Heart
By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Liaoning Province, China
I visited another practitioner yesterday and told him that I was having a hard time getting on the internet recently, that it took a lot of effort. He said that he didn’t think it was a problem and just went online without any issues. He used Dynaweb and only asked for Master’s help when he ran into difficulties.
His words struck me. We both have good computer skills, but I had never been able to get on the internet using Dynaweb and only sometimes with Unbound. I saw the difference between us: the strength of our belief in Master and Dafa.
I looked within to see if I took myself seriously as a practitioner. I found I my heart was impure and I was cunning. I thought I had the technical skills to deal with computer issues since I knew I could try different things. I felt embarrassed after realizing my shortcomings.
After sending forth righteous thoughts that evening, I thought, “If my fellow practitioner can connect to the Minghui website, so can I.” I used Dynaweb and had no trouble connecting to the web.
Master said:
“Some people say: “While a Tao is one foot tall, a demon would be one yard high.” That is a false statement made by everyday people. A demon will never be higher than a Tao.” (Lecture Five, Zhuan Falun)
By having just that one thought, Master displayed the wonder of Dafa to me.
I will be a practitioner at all times, purifying my heart and standing on a righteous foundation. I will remind myself that I am validating Dafa and not myself.
