(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners in Japan participated in a series of cultural events in November 2019. These events included a cultural festival at Kasuga Campus, a cultural presentation at the Ichiike Multi-generation Exchange Center in Ibaraki City, North District Obligation Festival 2019 held in Osaka, and Central Public Hall festival at Itami, Hyogo Prefecture.
During these cultural activities, the practitioners introduced Falun Gong to the public. At the cultural festival at Kasuga Campus, they displayed Falun Gong practitioners’ artwork and demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises on stage. Many attendees learned Falun Gong on the spot.
The leader of one organization invited the practitioners introduce the spiritual practice to his group in the future. The mayor, president and city council members viewed the artwork and talked with practitioners.
A mother and her daughter viewed the artwork and learned about the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong. They wished to learn Falun Gong and appreciated the practitioners’ origami lotus flowers.

Falun Gong practitioners’ artwork
On November 17, Falun Gong practitioners from Kansai, Japan participated in the North District Obligation Festival 2019 in Osaka. They taught the Falun Gong exercises to passers-by. The event organizers also took turns learning the exercises.

On November 22, Falun Gong practitioners from Kansai, Japan participated in the Ichigo Multi-generational Exchange Center in Ibaraki city for a second year.
On November 24, Falun Gong practitioners from Kansai, Japan participated in the Central Public Hall festival at Itami, Hyogo Prefecture. Nearly 100 audience members learned the Falun Gong exercises there.
After practicing the exercises, more than half of the people said that they felt the energy of the practice. The service staff also tried the exercises together.
