(Minghui.org) Mr. Tian Mingjun never returned home after he went to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong in 1999, shortly after the Chinese communist regime ordered the nationwide persecution of his faith, a mind-body self-improvement discipline.

Mr. Tian, now 47, a resident of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, began to practice Falun Gong around 1996.
According to his father Mr. Tian Mengqin, the younger Mr. Tian was introduced to Falun Gong by his father-in-law. He used to work at Shijiazhuang Children's Hospital and often attended the practitioners' group exercises. He was known as a very talented and smart young man, good at playing chess and accomplished on guitar, violin and many other instruments.
The local officials and police have harassed Mr. Tian's family many times over the years, demanding to know where Mr. Tian is.
Mr. Tian's family is asking that anyone who has information about him to please contact them.
