(Minghui.org) Ms. Zhao Libo, in her 50s, from Xiangfang District, Harbin City, was body searched and arrested on May 15, 2018. The arrest was made by an officer surnamed Yu, from the Wapenyao Toll Station when Ms. Zhao returned in a taxi to Harbin City from her hometown of Nongfeng Town, Shuangcheng District. Yu confiscated Ms. Zhao's notebook computer, and over 100 yuan in paper bills with Falun Gong information printed on them.
Ms. Zhao was placed under criminal detention by Wang Dianbin, head of the Xiangfang District Domestic Security Division, at the end of her 15-day administrative detention. She was held in the Harbin City No. 2 Detention Center.
On June 8, 2018, Ms. Zhao was officially arrested by the Daowai District Procuratorate across district boundaries. She was put on trial twice by the Daowai District Court between March 11 and April 15, 2018. The police used the paper bills they confiscated in the taxi as evidence against her.
