(Minghui.org) Practitioners in Ahvaz, Iran have been reaching out to let more people know about the persecution of Falun Dafa in China. They explained that the wider population is now getting a firsthand look at the Chinese communist regime's brutal nature and disregard for citizen's lives amidst the Coronavirus crisis.
With over 20,000 cases of Coronavirus infection, Iran has been the 2nd hardest hit country so far by the pandemic, with media speculating it is the result of Iran's close ties with China.
The practitioners passed out around 3,000 Falun Dafa fliers in just four days. Many were shocked to learn about the 20-year persecution of Falun Dafa, as such news is censored in Iran.
Kindhearted Iranians said the persecution should end and the torture of innocent practitioners should stop. Practitioners encouraged them to follow the news published on the Minghui website in the Farsi language. Many expressed gratitude for the information and said they felt comforted by Falun Dafa's principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.
