(Minghui.org) I realize that Falun Dafa practitioners outside of China are all very busy with various projects to validate the Fa, but a thought has been on my mind for the past few days that I would like to share with you.
I'm not sure if overseas calls to Chinese cell phones have any technical restrictions. If they don’t, auto-dialing can play a significant role in clarifying the truth. It does not keep the callers from doing other things because the calls are placed automatically.
The advantage of such an approach is that it takes up little time. You can keep your cell phone on from around 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day. The cell phone dials automatically, so it doesn't interfere with anything you do. You can leave your phone at home or take it with you.
If your schedule is tight, once every two weeks or once a month you can look at the list of people who have quit the CCP organizations, then send the list to practitioners who have access to the Internet, or directly to the Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party.
If you have more time, you can use call analysis software to review the recorded messages, from which you can also find people who have quit the CCP organizations, but it takes time to listen to the voice messages.
Such software also provides information about how long those who answered listened to the recordings, as well as statistics about valid and invalid numbers. Such information can be helpful for practitioners who remain engaged in the project for a long time. From past experience, when practitioners personally redial those who stayed on the phone for longer than a minute, they are more likely to quit the CCP organizations.
You can also establish contacts with people who want to know more, and give them software to circumvent the CCP's Internet censorship. These people can also help spread the information after they understand the facts.
Cell phones used to call China only need to have the auto-dialer software for voice calls installed. Second-hand 3G and 4G cell phones would also work, but need to match with local phone cards.
For practitioners who do not have much money, two or three could sponsor one phone and share the cost. Practitioners who are interested in the project and have good financial situations could handle ten or even 20 phones.
It should be noted that when the weather is hot, a cell phone can get very hot when used for more than ten hours at a time. For better maintenance, you can put the phone in a small tin box and place it on the kitchen counter or tile floor of a balcony.
It is easer for practitioners outside of China to coordinate a project like this, because they can communicate with one another freely. For example, practitioners in Taiwan, because they are so many, can take care of several provinces in China. Countries with fewer practitioners can jointly take care of one province. This way, we can avoid duplicating our efforts, and everyone who has a cell phone in China would have more opportunities to hear our recordings.
Practitioners in China usually act on their own, or only a small number of people coordinate such a project, so very often the same phone numbers are dialed repeatedly while others are not dialed at all.
Before practitioners outside of China get involved in a coordinated project like this, practitioners within China can start the project first if they are interested. However, please note the numbers you have dialed so that they can be provided to the general coordinators to avoid duplication.
Ten years ago, practitioners in China sent text messages. We sometimes had 24 phone cards and three cell phones working at the same time, each card with a face value of 50 yuan or 25 yuan. At that time, each phone card could send 100 text messages per hour.
I also sent text messages then. I went out in the morning and found a corridor where I could see what was going on around me. I had to watch for anything suspicious.
I had eight phone cards for each phone. After 100 text messages had been sent, I switched off the phone to change thecard. It took an entire day to use up 24 phone cards on three phones. I also sent forth righteous thoughts in the corridor.
There was no time for lunch. Sometimes my legs got very tired and I really wanted to sit down, but I couldn't, because if I sat down, I would not be able to see what was going on outside the building. Some corridors were very cold in the winter and my hands became so numb that changing phone cards was rather challenging. But I always had a wonderful feeling of happiness after I used all 24 phone cards.
Like fellow practitioners outside of China, practitioners in China have helped many Chinese people learn the truth over the years by distributing flyers, booklets, copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, truth-clarification CDs, and DVDs, as well as sending text messages.
Many people want to quit the CCP organizations, but if they don’t have the opportunity to talk to practitioners or get truth-clarifying phone calls, they may not know how to do so. Some of them might have quit the CCP organizations earlier, but rejoined them due to interference, and these people would need to quit again.
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, practitioners in China are having great difficulty making truth-clarifying phone calls at the moment because whenever they make such a call, their phone card is immediately invalidated and disabled.
I would like to ask for help from overseas practitioners, so that everyone in China who has a cell phone will have an opportunity to learn the facts, learn and recite the two precious phrases “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” and quit the CCP organizations, as this could be their only hope to avoid danger and be saved.
The auto-dialer software is very convenient and can help us clarify the truth and save many people.
