(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners in Florida have had a presence at the state fairgrounds in Tampa during a BMSE.net Fair (Body Mind Spirit Expo) for several years. This June, they again set up a Falun Gong booth to introduce the exercises and the teachings over a two-day event.
Amid mediums, mystics, and massage, as Falun Gong practitioners passed out fliers and lotus flowers and answered questions, much information about this powerful spiritual practice was provided to many people.
Practitioners came from different sides of the state, some who had not seen each other for several years. It was heartwarming to see everyone dedicated and focused and cooperating so easily.
Kathy, a registered nurse, had investigated many healing methods as a means to keep motivated and help others after she retired. But she was unhappy to learn that training and certification were so expensive. She was pleased to hear that Falun Gong is taught free of charge.

The human rights crisis in China—specifically in regard to the persecution of Falun Gong—was emphasized at the booth, and many visitors signed the petition to condemn forced organ harvesting in China.
Young ladies, mindful of the CCP virus, sign petitions in support of Falun Gong.
A great thrill for practitioners is demonstrating and teaching the exercises at a BMSE Fair like this one.
Several people asked questions about Zhuan Falun, the main text of Falun Gong's teachings, as well as about the importance of cultivating based on the principles of Truth, Compassion, and Forbearance.
“The Falun Gong exercises are fun and easy to learn!” said Wayne, who also purchased a book about Falun Gong.
For one practitioner, who drove almost three hours to help set up and man the booth, it was extremely moving to hear how other practitioners spoke so respectfully about Falun Gong and the benefits they had derived from practicing. This practitioner came away from the event encouraged and motivated to cultivate even more diligently.
