(Minghui.org) One November morning after I had finished doing my exercises I was ready to go out and clarify the truth. However, there was a lot of snow on the ground.
It had snowed for 24 hours and was a foot deep. No one was outside. The school across the street was closed as well. The scene was pretty, but I wasn't sure how to go out and clarify the truth to people about Falun Dafa. I asked myself if I should still go out.
I'd made plans with a local practitioner to go out, but with such so much snow, would the practitioner be able to make it? Were the buses running? What should I do? Many questions went through my mind.
I asked Master when I offered incense to him before I did the exercises: “Shall I go save people.” Two words appeared in my mind: “Why not?”
I finally decided to go, after wavering back and forth. I felt it would be fine even if I could only help one person learn the truth.
I put a dozen calendars, a dozen Minghui Weekly, and some talismans in a bag and was on my way. It was difficult to walk through the snow, but I got to the bus station.
I recited Master’s poems on the bus and comfortably enjoyed the snow-covered landscape outside. The bus drove slowly.
When we got to the marketplace, I only saw a blanket of white with not a single soul in sight.
Hoping to Save Just One Person
I saw someone waiting for the bus across the street when I got off. I thought it would be good if I could just save one person. I walked over and gave her a calendar. It turned out she was a fellow practitioner, who also was there to save people.
We then rode the bus home together. I asked her, “Sister, you must be over 60.” “I am 76,” she replied. I thought, “What a wonderful practitioner.”
When I got off, a dozen people were waiting for the bus. I distributed a few calendars and copies of Minghui Weekly to them and gave some of them talismans.
I asked them to remember “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” One person quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), another quit the Youth League, and two people quit the Young Pioneers.
Since it took a long time for the bus to come, I spent a little more time with them and told them how to pass the tribulation safely.
I took a lunch break at home and went out again. This time I took the bus to a big supermarket. Four or five people were waiting at the bus station, and I distributed a few calendars. Two of them quit the Youth League.
At the supermarket, I distributed a few more calendars. One person quit the Young Pioneers. The road was slippery because of the ice, and I slipped and fell. Two female students helped me up.
One of them stayed behind to help me walk slowly. She cautioned me to be careful. I thought she must be a person with a predestined relationship that Master Li (Dafa’s founder) arranged for me to meet.
I said, “You are so kind and pretty. You will have good fortune in the future. Let me give you a talisman.
“It says on it ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,’ and is a good measure to avoid the pandemic.”
I told her the facts about Falun Dafa and got her to quit the Youth League and Young Pioneers. She is a new college graduate and knew that Dafa practitioners are all good people.
I went home after I circled around for a while. There were again a dozen or so people waiting for the bus at the bus station. Some said they had waited for a long time but the bus had not come. I thought maybe they were waiting for me to save them.
I gave them the calendars and copies of Minghui Weekly and clarified the facts about Dafa to them. Two of them quit the Youth League.
I distributed some more Dafa materials when I got off the bus. One person quit the CCP and two quit the Youth League. Most people were receptive to the truth about Dafa.
All in all, I got 13 people to quit the CCP and its youth organizations, distributed two dozen calendars, and a dozen copies of Minghui Weekly. The result was better than usual.
