(Minghui.org) The pandemic brought many obstacles to our clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa to people face-to-face. However, the five practitioners in our Fa-study group never stopped clarifying the truth face to face and distributing New Year truth-clarification Dafa materials.
For example, from September 2021 to January 15, 2022, we distributed truth-clarification calendars and Chinese New Year pictures for 2022. We persuaded more than 5,000 people to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations. Most everyone used their real names to register their quitting the Party.
In the process, we also faced many dangers. Some people wanted to call the police to report us, some cursed at us, and some even threatened us. No matter what, we maintained a kind heart in our truth-clarification efforts, and we looked inward to find our attachments when we returned home.
Police Officers Understand the Truth and Quit the CCP Organizations
I met a man in his 50s one day. I asked him if he was aware of quitting the CCP organizations to keep himself safe. He stared at me, and then said that he was a policeman. I immediately began to send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil substances and rotten demons that were manipulating him.
“No matter who you are,” I said, “I am telling you this for your own benefit. If you have joined any of the CCP organizations, you vowed to devote your entire life to it, and your forehead has been stamped with the mark of the beast. We shouldn’t give our lives to it. Only by quitting the Party can you keep yourself safe.”
He took the list of names of those who quit, looked at it, and said, “Aren’t you opposing the Party?” I said, “We are not opposing the Party. It is only because the CCP has done too many evil things. It launched numerous movements and killed 80 million Chinese people. It commits the atrocity of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. It staged the fake ‘Tiananmen Square Self-Immolation.’ It is instigating people to hate Falun Gong. Now it covers up the pandemic, harming people again. It manipulates the 610 Office, public security, the procuratorate, and court system to do evil... If you don’t understand the truth, you will commit crimes against Dafa and sentient beings, and the outcome will be dreadful. The pandemic targets the elimination of the evil Party. We do not ask for a penny from you, but just want you to be safe and have a good future.”
The policeman understood the truth, added his name to the list, and announced his resignation from the CCP organizations using his real name.
“Your handwriting is so good,” I said. “I am really happy that you made the right choice. Please remember, ‘Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’” The policeman said, “Thank you! Please pay attention to your safety, and go home early! Goodbye!”
I went to a market and distributed truth-clarification calendars in 2021. A lot people accepted the calendars and quit the CCP organizations using their real names. Some people pointed to a person and said to me, “Do you dare to clarify the truth to him? He is a retired police officer.” I said, “What I am doing is the most righteous thing. No matter what his job was, if he has joined any of the CCP organizations, I should help him quit. This is being responsible to his life!”
I walked over to the retired police officer and said, “Have you heard of quitting the CCP and its affiliated organizations?” He said no, and asked me why he would quit. I said, “Have you read any truth-clarification fliers about Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa)? There is a giant stone in Zhangbu Township, Pingtang County, Guizhou Province. It is 23 feet long and 10 feet wide. There are a few large naturally formed characters on it that say, ‘The Chinese Communist Party Will Perish.’ Isn’t it the will of Heaven?”
I continued, “The CCP has done so many evil things and killed 80 million Chinese people in their numerous political movements. It destroys our great culture and imposes atheism. Now it is Heaven’s will to eliminate it. If you have ever joined any of the CCP organizations, such as the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers, then you have vowed to devote your life to it, and the mark of the beast has been stamped on your forehead. When the CCP is eliminated, you will be destroyed along with it. Only by quitting the Party can you save your life.”
He said, “Oh, now I understand! Then I quit any of the CCP organizations.” We were both happy. The other people gave us a thumbs-up when they saw that I really persuaded the retired police officer to quit. One said, “You are so great!” I replied, “It is our Master who helps us to clarity the truth. It is Dafa that is saving people.”
People Understand the Truth and Are Quitting the CCP
I met a person one day when I was shopping at a marketplace. I gave him a truth-clarification calendar, and very quickly he agreed to quit using his real name and gave me his home address. He said he liked to read our brochures very much. He found them real, down-to-earth and liked that they dared to expose the evilness of the CCP. He said if everyone could follow the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance like Falun Gong practitioners, then society would become stable and disasters would disappear. He added that Falun Gong practitioners who clarify the truth despite great pressure under the CCP are admirable, and he thanked me. I said, “Don’t thank me. You should thank our Master!” He said, “Then, since the Chinese New Year is around the corner, please pass along my words: ‘Happy Chinese New Year to Master Li!’” I said excitedly, “That’s great, you will have a good future for sure.”
When I clarified the truth to a woman one day, she happily announced that she agreed to quit any of the CCP organizations. It was snowing that day and very cold. When I tried to write down her name, the ink in my pen was frozen and I couldn’t write with it. My hand was also frozen stiff. The woman said, “It is so cold today. You can give me some calendars and I’ll distribute them for you so you can go home earlier.”
I said, “Thank you, but we are not here just to distribute the calendars, we are also here to clarify the truth to people and help them quit the CCP organizations, so they can be saved and don't face elimination.”
The woman replied, “You are so compassionate! Now, let me also be compassionate and pray that Buddhas will safeguard you, and you can go home safely!” I was moved, and could really feel the sincere heart of a sentient being who understood the truth.
This year, a lot of people asked me to buy a copy of Zhuan Falun for them. People with predestined relationships are obtaining the Fa in succession. We veteran Dafa practitioners should help them and do well what we should do.
During the 28 years of cultivating in Dafa, what Master has endowed us with cannot be expressed in words. The only way for us to repay Master’s boundless grace is to be more diligent and save more people!
