(Minghui.org) With strong righteous thoughts, Dafa practitioners can stop evildoers from committing unpardonable crimes against Dafa. This is an act of compassion toward the police, and saves them from dire consequences.
Protecting Dafa Books and Master’s Picture
Mr. Liu Liangsong is a Falun Dafa practitioner from Yanpi Town in Hengyang County, Hunan Province. The villagers nominated him to be the production team lead, despite that he was already in his 70’s. The villagers respect him for his selflessness.
He harvested a large crop of organic greens in 2021 and sold them for only 10 yuan per pound, when they regularly sold at the market for 15 yuan per pound. His village raised money to build a small bridge. Mr. Liu’s son donated 10,000 yuan. Mr. Liu organized and led the construction. He put the villagers’ interests above his own and was praised by everyone.
Hengyang County 610 Office deputy director, the Police Department Domestic Security Division head, and several officers raided Mr. Liu’s home on September 17, 2022, and found more than a dozen Dafa books and Dafa amulets.
When they tried to take his Book Zhuan Falun, Mr. Liu told them, “I read this book every day. You can’t take it.” The officer quickly put it down.
When they tried to remove Master’s picture from the wall in the living room, Mr. Liu said, “This is Master’s picture. Don’t touch it.” The officer said, “Then hang it in your bedroom. Don’t hang it out here.”
The same group of officers went to another Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang’s home in Hongshi Town a few days later. When they tried to take her copy of Zhuan Falun, she warned them, “If you take my Zhuan Falun, you might as well take my life.” The officer left it be.
As long as we have strong righteous thoughts, we can restrain the evil. This is also compassion toward the police.
“You Can’t Take Master’s Picture and Dafa Books.”
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Qiu Shiyou is 80-years-old. He lives with his daughter in Yuzhong District in Chongqing City. Six plainclothes officers from Nanjimen Police Station knocked at their door around 8 a.m. on September 20, 2022. Without showing any identification or a search warrant, they ransacked Mr. Qiu’s home.
The police put Master’s picture and Mr. Qiu’s Dafa books that they found on the coffee table.
An officer told Mr. Qiu, “We have to take something back to show our supervisor.” Mr. Qiu said “no” firmly and the police left empty-handed.
The Police Left Quickly
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Ruizhen is 77-years-old and lives in Nanbaishe Town in Zhao County, Hebei Province. The town’s police went to her home at around 10 a.m. on September 15, 2022, and found her sitting in the front yard reading a Dafa book.
Five officers got out of the car, and one asked her if she still practiced Falun Dafa. Ms. Li said, “What do you think, young man? It is such a wonderful practice of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.” The officer asked, “Where do your son and daughter-in-law work? Where did your husband go?”
Ms. Li didn’t’ answer, but started clarifying the truth instead. After just a few minutes, the police got back into their car and left in a hurry.
The police went back to Ms. Li’s home at around three p.m. Her niece was just leaving and saw the police opening the gate. Ms. Li’s niece signaled the officers to leave, “Get out, get out. Get out now!” The police backed out of the gate.
Ms. Li and her husband went out and asked the police officers, “What are your names? Let me write them down.” Ms. Li’s husband said, “As law enforcement officers, you’re the ones breaking the law right now. There is no legal basis to the persecution. Practicing Falun Dafa is not a crime. But what you’re doing is illegal.” When Ms. Li’s husband tried to take the camcorder from an officer, he took a step back and left quickly.
