(Minghui.org) The Falun Dafa practitioners in our Fa study group have cooperated with each other to do the three things for nearly 14 years. We have weathered wind and rain amidst happiness, setbacks, and risks. Every practitioner could write a book on their experiences. We’d like to share with you some of our experiences in clarifying the truth and saving sentient beings in this special historic period from 2019 up to now.
There are six or seven practitioners in our Fa study group. We study the Fa in the morning and go out to distribute truth-clarification materials and booklets in the afternoon. We then talk to people about Falun Dafa and the persecution and ask them to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. The following are narrations of several practitioners on how they have worked to save sentient beings.
Distributing Materials with Righteous Thoughts in Private Residential Areas
A practitioner named Jianing, who is 44 years old, started to practice Falun Dafa in 1999. She is the youngest in our group and is in charge of making books and desk calendars. She saw there were a lot of truth-clarification materials distributed in open residential areas. She also wanted to distribute truth-clarification materials in private residential areas, but it was risky and difficult to do. During the two years of the pandemic, many guards and security cameras were in place. Residents there were encouraged to monitor each other and report offenders to the police. It was very difficult for outsiders to get into these residential areas.
The apparent difficulties posed no issue for Jianing, “We have our Master with almighty powers with us.” With her righteous thoughts, Jianing has covered three private residential areas with about 200 buildings over the past two years. Every time she went to distribute materials there, she wrote down the unit numbers and building numbers she visited so she wouldn’t accidentally revisit them.
The following is her narration of how she distributed materials.
I passed by a high-end residential area in April 2021. It was private, especially during the pandemic. There was a big gate, and a code was needed to open it. Security guards were stationed at the gate and cameras were installed everywhere. No practitioner had ever been there to distribute materials. I asked Master to help me save the sentient beings there. I found there was one big gate and two small gates there. Many security guards were at the big gate, so I went to the small gate. I saw a lady with her child who was about to enter the gate. She said 1234 as she pressed the pin on the door. I didn’t see what numbers she pressed and only knew that there were four digits. I tried several combinations, but they were incorrect so I came home.
I returned the next day with a large bag of materials. As it was not easy to get there, I brought many materials with me. When I arrived at the gate, I thought in my mind that people couldn’t see me and asked Master to open the gate for me. The security guards didn’t see me. I entered four numbers, but the gate didn’t open. An elderly man went for a walk in the area. He saw me enter a code, but the gate didn’t open. He showed his four fingers and shouted “four eights.” I pressed 8888 and the gate opened. I then entered and distributed pamphlets successfully.
Master helped open the gates for me every time I went to these kinds of residential areas. Though I couldn’t see in other dimensions, I indeed knew that Master was with me. People opened the gate for me every time and I didn’t need to wait for a long time. Sometimes I didn’t need to wait at all. I followed other people into the residential area and into the buildings.
Once when I went into a private residential area, I saw a young couple go to a building, so I followed them. There was some space between us. They were nearly at the door when I asked Master to let them wait for me. The man opened the door, went in, and closed the door, keeping the lady out. The lady pushed the door outside. They looked like they were joking with each other. I walked over to them quickly. They stopped at their gate. I smiled. Three of us went into the building. As I delivered pamphlets to people’s homes, I said in my heart that I hoped they would read my pamphlets.
There were two unit doors in this building. I finished one unit and wanted to do the second unit. I saw a little girl push the second unit door open, lean against it, and not go in. I walked quickly towards her. She turned to go inside. At that time I was able to hold the door. I entered and looked around but didn’t see the girl. She disappeared instantly. I realized that Master helped open the door for me. I distributed the materials. I could feel that the sentient beings here were eagerly waiting to learn the truth of Falun Dafa.
I often found myself in risky situations. Once in 2019, I brought various types of materials with me, including the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, The Ultimate Goal of Communism, and some posters. I distributed almost all of them in a high-end private residential area. I had only 20 or so booklets and some posters left. When I got to the second floor, I saw a lady tearing down the poster I put up. She told me that she was the cleaning lady and gave the poster back to me calmly. I clarified the truth to her since she looked friendly. I asked her to leave the posters I put up because they had valuable information. I asked her to take some pamphlets home and read them. She accepted them calmly.
However, she reported me to the police after I left. I went into another building and put up one sticky post. A uniformed policeman grabbed me suddenly and took my bag. He shouted at me angrily, “Follow me.” I had one thought, “I will not go anywhere. I will follow Master home.” He dragged me by my shoulders and didn’t let me go. He didn’t listen to me while I was trying to clarify the truth to him. I asked him not to disturb me as only he and I were on the road. He said we were also being watched by surveillance cameras. He dragged me to the security room.
There were several people in the room and I clarified the truth to them. One of them was fierce and was about to send me to the police station. I asked Master to help me and sent forth righteous thoughts to remove the evil elements behind him. At that time a young man came in. He looked like he was their leader. He asked them what they were doing and was told that they had caught a Falun Gong practitioner. He told them to release me three times without hesitation. They were afraid of him. The fierce one ordered me to leave my materials behind. The leader asked him to return all my things to me and to release me immediately. I was happy for the young leader, as he made the right choice. I thanked Master for dissolving this tribulation for me.
I went to these three private residential areas intermittently with about 200 buildings. I noted down the units and buildings that I visited each time to avoid any duplicate visits. I had some risky situations arise from time to time. During that period of time, city police illegally sent all the practitioners they arrested to a detention center. The man in one household saw me through his surveillance camera, grabbed me, and didn’t let me go. He said I stole things from his home and that he reported me to the police. I took out a pamphlet, explained why I was there, and clarified the truth to him. He didn’t listen and I was arrested. Thanks to Master’s protection, I was not detained for committing a crime. The detention center was crowded and I was the only Falun Dafa practitioner there. I clarified the truth to the people there and was released ten days later.
Breaking Through Blockage and Distributing Truth Clarification Materials During Lockdown
Bai is 74 years old and started to practice Falun Dafa in 1996. She didn’t attend school at all, but Master unlocked her wisdom. She is able to read Zhuan Falun and Master’s other lectures. She also recites the Fa, and she is strict with herself. She studies the Fa sitting in the lotus position and can sit like this for as long as six hours. She puts her heart into doing the three things. She sends forth righteous thoughts for one hour at a time, four times a day. She distributes materials and talks to people about Falun Dafa almost every day. She has experienced many miracles during her cultivation. She wanted to share a few of her experiences during the lockdown.
My city was locked down for 22 days beginning on May 13, 2020. I was not able to go out shopping. The gate in the residential area was sealed so no one could leave. Only one path was open but was tightly guarded. Each household was given a card and was permitted to go out once every two days for no more than two hours. There were few people in the streets. I told myself that I must go out to distribute materials no matter how hard it was. Master truly took care of me.
I did the three things with righteous thoughts. I asked Master to help me, and sent forth righteous thoughts to clear the hurdles. I went out each day, though it was impossible for everyday people to be out and about. I walked around the streets and clarified the truth to whomever I came across. But I was not able to go inside the residential areas. One day I saw the iron panel on the gate in one residential area fall down. I went inside and distributed materials. When I came back, I saw several people putting up the iron panel. I got out without any trouble. These people didn’t seem to see me. I knew that Master helped me.
I had to take the bus to attend group Fa study. The residential area where the study was held was locked down tightly. The gate was sealed by a steel barrier, but I had to go there to get truth-clarification materials. One day I went there but there was no entrance I could use. One place was blocked by soil and stone. I jumped to the top of the pile but was not able to get down. Thankfully two elderly men helped me down.
I came to my Fa study group and got the materials. A fellow practitioner walked me out but couldn’t find a gate that was not sealed. I decided to go through the only open gate. Seven or eight guards were there and asked for a permit. I asked Master to help me. I told the guards with a smile that I forgot to bring the pass with me. They didn’t say anything and I left without issue thanks to Master’s help.
Overcoming Health Issues and Saving Sentient Beings During the Pandemic
Suling is 67 years old and started to practice Falun Dafa in 1998. She had a high school education. She came to our Fa study group two years ago. She was very diligent and made nearly 300 pamphlets each week and gave them to other practitioners. She also went out to distribute materials and clarified the truth to people four days a week. The following is her narration.
The practitioners in this Fa study group were doing very well clarifying the truth to people and encouraging them to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. They passed out Nine Commentaries booklets and other pamphlets. At the end of each year they distributed calendars, and almost every one of the people who took one agreed to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. So I decided to go out with them.
We distributed calendars in a large market in 2020. We went there every afternoon, and many people asked for our calendars. I gave them out and wrote down the names of whoever wanted to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Once when I looked up after writing people’s names down, I saw a uniformed police officer. He accepted a calendar and hurriedly went away. I was a bit moved to see that this officer had learned the truth.
I had a terrible cough and couldn’t sleep or eat in late 2020 when the first wave of the pandemic erupted. My symptoms were similar to COVID-19. I said in my heart, “Master, I don’t acknowledge the old forces’ arrangements. This is an illusion.” I continued to do the three things well.
I got up at 3:20 a.m. every morning and made materials, and distributed them every day. I had to catch my breath for a while when walking up the stairs. I asked Master to strengthen me because I felt that saving people during the pandemic was an urgent matter. I recovered in a month.
During the second wave of the pandemic, in May 2021, the CCP launched a so-called “zero-out” campaign against practitioners. Many practitioners who stepped out to clarify the truth and distribute materials were harassed and arrested. I wanted to make more materials to save more sentient beings.
One day my leg became extremely painful, and I couldn’t move or sleep at night. Once I sat down, I couldn’t get back up or it’d take me a long time to stand up. Walking was very difficult for me, and I was not able to sit in the lotus position, as it was extremely painful. I disregarded the pain and pulled my legs into the lotus position and tied them with a rope. I was not able to sit for one hour at the start and was soaked in sweat. It was hard for me to do the exercises, but I persevered and didn’t miss a single day.
The old forces took advantage of my attachments and interfered with my saving of sentient beings during the pandemic. The pamphlets, booklets, and weekly newspapers I downloaded from the Minghui website were very good. I negated the old forces’ interference and made materials three days a week. I went out to distribute them every day, though I had to walk upstairs with the help of the handrail.
I sent forth righteous thoughts and asked Master to strengthen me before I went out each day. I also asked Master to ensure that sentient beings came out to pick up the materials after I left so that they could be saved. I did this for three months without issue.
I looked within and also shared with the practitioners in our Fa study group. I realized my human notions caused this hardship. Thank you Master, for helping me overcome this tribulation.
Miraculous Experiences Lead to a Big Market
Cai is 79 years old and started to practice Falun Dafa in 1997. We study the Fa together at her home. She has played a major role in our group. She works hard and goes out to distribute materials and clarify the truth to people with other practitioners every day. She is the eldest in our group and has gotten the most people to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
Feng is 64 years old and attended only primary school. She started to practice Falun Dafa in 1994. She is kind, simple, and always ready to help others.
The following are their experiences.
We went to various markets to give out 2020 calendars and clarify the truth to people every day from October to December in 2019. We gave out calendars in a large market for several days, but not many people were there. We went to other markets but still could not find many people. I asked Master to bring predestined people to us so that we could clarify the truth to them. Somehow I miraculously found myself at the largest market in our area. I was dumbfounded. I collected my thoughts and realized that this was the place I was meant to be.
I told the practitioners in the Fa study group about my amazing experience. One practitioner said that she saw me looking around. Another practitioner said that I went there through another dimension. Master gave me wisdom and divine powers so that we could save more sentient beings. Master said:
“... cultivation depends on one’s own efforts, while transformation of gong is done by one’s master.” (Lecture One, Zhuan Falun)
The practitioners in our Fa study group have been going to that market ever since Master led me there. Many people surrounded us asking for calendars and materials. We clarified the truth to them before we gave them the calendars and materials. Each practitioner got about 20 people to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations. More than 3000 people withdrew from the CCP in two months. Many people were awakened and asked for calendars and materials. Almost all of them withdrew from the CCP using their real names.
One day when Cai and I were giving out calendars, many people surrounded us. I believe that Master brought predestined people to us. We were a bit slow in writing down people’s names who wanted to withdraw from the CCP. Sometimes I didn’t know how to write a certain Chinese character, but many people wrote down their names themselves. One lady offered to help us write down the names. We were so happy that so many people were awakened.
We met some practitioners in the market. They said that they were afraid of giving out materials like we did. I asked them to send forth righteous thoughts for us. We cooperated very well. Many practitioners came to send righteous thoughts for us. This was arranged by Master. Police officers passed us but acted as though they didn’t see us. Master suppressed them and helped us save sentient beings.
