(Minghui.org) There have been many developments in everyday people’s affairs since the COVID pandemic broke out in 2020. Unfortunately, some practitioners got hooked on what’s going on in the world.

As practitioners, we should focus on cultivating our own xinxing and assisting Master to save sentient beings. We should not participate in everyday people’s politics—unless one’s job is to be a political commentator. But some practitioners, being influenced by other practitioners or their own human notions, enjoy mocking, criticizing, and expressing their antipathy for the current leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Let’s not forget that it was the former leader of the CCP, Jiang Zemin, that launched the persecution of Falun Dafa in July 1999. After he stepped down in 2002, he still wielded power and appointed his loyalists to key positions to incapacitate his successor. Especially in China’s procuratorates and courts, which are the front line in the persecution of Falun Dafa, his loyalists concentrated all legal powers in their hands. Jiang’s successor did almost nothing to take down the members of Jiang’s criminal group.

The current head of the CCP was able to purge many of Jiang’s followers. Some practitioners lamented that the current leader hasn’t done enough to completely disintegrate the Party. I believe he may be thinking that he will lose power if he abandons the Party. But no matter what he does and whether he has the guts to disintegrate the Party, it is his own choice. It’s up to the divine to determine when the Party will collapse and how to evaluate his performance, and we shouldn’t be attached to it.

Our mission is to expose the CCP and oppose the persecution. We should try to avoid attacking the current CCP leader, because he wasn’t the one who initiated the persecution. Although Jiang is now dead, the persecution continues and we should continue to expose its crimes.

We cultivate benevolence and want to be compassionate to sentient beings. We have no position on everyday people’s political affairs. We can give everyday people our objective view and offer kind reminders. Whether they heed us is up to them. In the end, how the human world evolves is not determined by an individual human’s thought or action but, rather, by the divine and, at a higher level, Master’s will.

I have thought about this for a long time and feel it is necessary to share. Please point out the gaps in my understanding.
