(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 10 cities or counties in 5 provinces, where at least 13 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Jiansanjiang, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zuo Chenghua and Ms. Tu Xiuxia Face Trial
Ms. Zuo Chenghua and Ms. Tu Xiuxia were arrested by officers from the Shengli Farm Police Station on August 8, 2021, for distributingtruth-clarifying materials at the Shengli Farm. The practitioners were placed under official arrest on September 3, 2021. They will soon be tried in the Jiansanjiang Court. At least 16 practitioners were tried and sentenced by the Jiansanjiang Court in the past ten years.
2. [Shanghai] Ms. Pan Bijian Arrested and Detained
Ms. Pan Bijian, around 65, is a retired teacher and lives in the Yangpu District. She was arrested on August 13, 2021, and has been detained in the Yangpu District Detention House.
3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Jinghui Arrested
Ms. Wang Jinghui from the Yuhong District was arrested and taken to the Beiling Police Station on February 7, 2022.
4. [Changli County, Hebei Province] Ms. Miao Yingqun Arrested
Ms. Miao Yingqun was arrested at home around 10 p.m., February 7, 2022, and was taken to the Chengguan Police Station.
Ms. Miao was arrested in March 2021 and was released on bail pending trial for one year. She was put on the wanted list because she refused to cooperate.
5. [Shanghai] Ms. Fan Wanxia and Ms. Wang Qiuju Under 24-hour Surveillance
Ms. Fan Wanxia and Ms. Wang Qiuju have been under 24-surveillance by officers from the Liuhang Police Station since the Chinese New Year Day.
6. [Qixia City, Shandong Province] Ms. Lin Jianping Arrested
Ms. Li Jianping, about 60, was arrested near the gate of the Qixia City Police Department on February 6, 2022, for talking to a police officer about Falun Gong. She was later transferred to the Zhuangyuan Police Station. Her home was ransacked and her personal belongings were confiscated including more than 40 Falun Gong books, multiple speakers, memory cards, cell phone, computer, etc. She was released later that day.
7. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Zhou Jinghui Arrested
Zhou Jinghui (gender unknown) from the Zhifu District was arrested by officers from the Shihuiyao Police Station on the afternoon of February 8, 2022.
8. [Panjin City, Liaoning Province] The Case Against Ms. Zhao Yanrong Submitted to the Procuratorate
The case against Ms. Zhao Yanrong was submitted to the Xinglongtai District Procuratorate. Ms. Zhao was placed under official arrest.
9. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Wang Yuan Arrested and Detained
Wang Yuan (gender unknown) was reported to police for posting truth-clarifying materials and was arrested before the Chinese New Year Day. Wang is currently detained in the No.3 Detention Center.
10. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhu Hongzhang Arrested
Mr. Zhu Hongzhang in his 50s was arrested at the small supermarket he owns on February 7, 2022.
11. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Hu Aimin Arrested
Ms. Hu Aimin was followed by police on her way home from her workplace and was arrested on December 2, 2021. The police ransacked her home. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
