(Minghui.org) After clarifying the truth for so many years, many people have come to see that Falun Dafa practitioners are good people and support us.
But no matter how hard we try, there are always people who taunt us for not enjoying life and for choosing to endure the persecution. Even for some who have agreed to quit the Chinese Communist Party, they didn’t dare to stand up to the regime and even badmouthed Dafa when pressured. When they received retribution, they blamed Dafa for not protecting them and said Dafa practitioners deceived them.
I recently realized that when we clarify the facts, we always talk about the benefits that Dafa brings to people, while rarely touching upon the principle that good and evil will be rewarded accordingly. I used to be concerned that this is something people didn’t like to listen and we should talk about things that are pleasing to the ear. As a result, when some people met with consequences, they didn’t even know why it happened, if we didn’t explain the principles to them clearly.
While Dafa is compassionate towards sentient beings, it also has its dignity. We need to let people know that Dafa is here to save people. While one would receive blessings for supporting Dafa, it is similarly dangerous when one goes against it.
Below is one example. One of my relatives has quit the Chinese Communist Party and knows that Dafa is good. One morning, when she saw a sticker on her door that said “Falun Dafa is good,” she immediately asked her two grandsons to take it off.
That evening, both my relative and her two grandsons began to have high fever. They went to the hospital and had injection and IV drips. But the fever didn’t go away and lasted seven days.
If the situation continued, their lives would be in danger. The relative’s son asked her if she did anything bad recently. She remembered about the sticker, but she didn’t believe just tearing it down would have such a severe consequence. Her son wrote “Falun Dafa is good” on a piece of paper and put it out on the door. On the next day, the fever went away for his mother and two sons.
Here are two more examples of perpetrators who received karmic retribution for participating in the persecution.
Yang Jingming was a retired worker in Huludao City, Liaoning Province. Once a practitioner tried to clarify the truth to him, and he reported her, resulting in her arrest. Yang received 500 yuan from the community as a reward. Shortly after, his wife developed brain cancer and died a year later. Yang didn’t take it as a warning. He visited several practitioners, with the excuse to learn Falun Dafa. When the practitioners gave him Dafa books and materials, he turned them in to the police and later found a job as a police assistant. Not long after he began working, he became paralyzed, and died months later in October 2021.
In another case, Xu Wenlong, in his 40s, used to work as deputy head of a police station in Huludao. He participated in the practitioners’ arrests and sentencing. Recently, he was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer.
