(Minghui.org) May 13 is World Falun Dafa Day and the 30th anniversary of Falun Dafa’s introduction to the world. Twelve cities in New Jersey proclaimed Falun Dafa Day. These cities are Township of Roxbury, Borough of Watchung, Borough of Raritan, Township of Bridgewater, Township of Millburn, Township of Wayne, Borough of Somerville, Township of Denville, Township of Old Bridge, Township of Lyndhurst, Township of East Brunswick, and Borough of Manville.
Proclamation from Mayor Jim Rilee of the Township of Roxbury
The proclamation reads, “Since its introduction to the public in 1992, Falun Dafa’s teachings have been translated into 38 languages, and millions of people around the world have experienced physical, mental and moral improvement through the practice.
“In 1999, the Chinese communist regime started banning the practice Falun Gong due to its increasing popularity.
“Falun Gong practitioners have continued to demonstrate peaceful efforts to uphold human rights and dignity in face of oppression, garnering support from government and citizens around the globe.”

The proclamation reads, “Falun Dafa transcends cultural and racial boundaries and contributes to the universal dream of a peaceful, tolerant, and a more compassionate society and has enhanced the well-being of people from all walks of society.
“More citizens of the United States are learning the practice that has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to improving health in mind, body and spirit by purifying their hearts, energizing their bodies, and striving to create virtuous communities.”

The proclamation reads, “Master Li Hongzhi has helped hundreds of millions across the world improve their physical and mental wellbing through the practice of Falun Dafa.
“Master Li Hongzhi first renewed the gifts of Falun Dafa in China and is now recognized as an international Great Master in 80 countries by people of all ages, professions and racial backgrounds.”
