(Minghui.org) I heard a practitioner’s experience sharing article and agreed with what the person said. As a true cultivator, each of us needs to read Minghui since it was created by practitioners under Master Li’s direction. It is a place for Dafa disciples to share experiences and a window to expose the evil forces. However, I couldn’t access the Minghui website because I didn’t have a computer or access to the internet.
I am a veteran practitioner who learned Falun Dafa in 1998 but have stumbled frequently in my cultivation. I did a lot of work for Falun Dafa but was not very focused when studying the teachings of Master Li, Falun Dafa’s founder and teacher.
I had human attachments when I did Dafa work and was arrested many times because the practice is persecuted in China. My salary was withheld when I was released from prison in 2012. I had strong fears and attachments to self-interest and resentment. I felt bad about my attachments and ultimately, they hampered me from visiting the Minghui website.
The situation lasted until two years ago, when I learned that a practitioner who is four years older than me worked hard to help other practitioners upload the list of names of people quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations to a website. She is over 70. She helped six of us type the people’s names and upload them every day. She went out to tell people the facts about Falun Dafa, did the three things practitioners should do, and visited Minghui diligently. I thought I wanted to do the same.
As soon as I made up my mind to do this, miracles occurred. Just as Master said,
“Cultivation depends on the efforts of the individual while transforming gong is done by the master.” (Lecture Eight, Zhuan Falun)
Shortly after I arrived at a practitioner’s home the next day, another practitioner arrived with a notebook computer that he wanted to sell. I decided to buy it, but became worried when I got home. I did not even know how to turn it on, how was I going to use it? After letting it sit for some time, I decided to give it to another practitioner.
I took the computer to the person’s home and told him my intention. Just then, a practitioner who is technically savvy knocked on the door. After hearing my situation, he helped me install a firewall and encrypted my computer, he bought an internet card and found another practitioner to teach me how to use the computer.
Once I was able to use the computer, I uploaded a list of 488 names of people who quit the CCP and its organizations in the first month, and 190 names in the second month.
The internet card stopped working when the evil Party began blocking access on a large scale and required people to login in using their true names. I prayed to Master for help.
I asked around and found that it cost only 10 yuan (about $1.50) a month to have a home internet account, but must be in one’s real name. I asked to use my sister’s ID card, and in three days got the internet going.
After I managed to consistently access the internet I began reading articles on the Minghui website, four 70-year-old practitioners nearby also followed suit. They were able to type the name lists of people quitting the CCP every day on their own.
I wrote four articles for Minghui over the past 20 years before I had internet access, but I have already submitted eight articles since then. Although they were not all published, I wrote them with great ease. My thoughts flowed continuously and I could write one article after another. Sometimes I could finish two in a day and they were well received by the practitioners in my area.
With my elevation in cultivation, the number of people I have helped save has gone up, and I truly appreciate Master’s help to do all this.
